  1. I can share logs privately, but not publicly here on forum. Thanks.
  2. Evgeny, No, I can't reproduce issue on demand. The specific cause is not determined. I'd be happy to provide the logs. From one, or both affected servers? Did you want them provided via a support case? Thanks.
  3. Hello, Reference: Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 1 for Windows ( Approximately 3 weeks ago, I updated my Windows clients and servers to the latest KES Prior to that, all Windows clients were running KES (a). In that mix are 2 (practically) identical Windows 2003 SP2 32-bit Servers running Terminal Services. Both are fully patched systems. About 3 days after update, each of the 2003 servers started exhibiting a partial crash. By that I mean, Windows was still running but unresponsive to user or network inputs. No entries appeared in the Windows or Kaspersky logs. No crash dump was available either, since servers were still "running". In order to ascertain if the updated KES was the cause, I reverted one 2003 server to the previous version [ (a)]. It has not had any issue since the revert. The remaining 2003 server remained with the installed, and continued to have the issue randomly occur. I've since reverted the second 2003 server as well. Unfortunately, these are important production servers that need to be available. Since they will be retired in a few months, I don't wish to spend too much time troubleshooting with Kaspersky Support. I'm posting here in case others experience or may potentially expect similar issues with KES 10 Service Pack 1 release.
  4. The attachment is now available and associated with the support case. I've applied the script and continued ahead with the installation upgrade. It appears to have completed successfully, and I'm doing a post install check. Thank you!!
  5. During the update from Kaspersky Security Center 10.1.249 patch d to KSC 10.2.234 I receive notification of the following error, followed by reversal of the install. Install Error: Database error occured: #1950 (3726) Generic db error: "3726 'Could not drop object 'nac_hosts' because it is referenced by a FOREIGN KEY constraint.' LastStatement='IF ([dbo].[upgd_if_table_exists]('nac_hosts') <> 0) DROP TABLE nac_hosts;'" After the install reverts, KSC no longer is accessible. Server reboot yields no improvement. -- Windows 2008 R2 Server 64-bit / MS SQL Server 2008 R2 The following thread appears to discuss the same issue, however I cannot read Russian and a web translate is limited in usefulness. 6. Got the answer from support. Browser support for Mozilla Firefox up to 25.x and Google Chrome up to 25.x, not newer. (early 2013)
  7. Hi, I've created a case with Kaspersky Support [315993705]. Here are screenshots (using Mac as Parental Controlled user) First is Kaspersky main Parental Control screen. Second is Kaspersky Web Control selection screen for restricted user. Third screenshot is showing Safari correctly blocking access for restricted user. Fourth screenshot is showing Firefox incorrectly allowing access for restricted user. Lars
  8. Hi Mikhail, I have enabled Parental Web Control and selected some categories I would like restricted for user account. For example, Social Network. Logged in as specified user account, with Safari Facebook site is blocked by KIS control. With Chrome and Firefox, the site is accessible. The same is true for any category selected for block. I've tried reinstall of KIS and reboot, but neither made any difference. Lars
  9. Is it normal (expected) behavior that the Parental Web Control works for Safari, but not other browsers such as Chrome or Firefox? Current: Kaspersky Internet Security; Mac OS X Mavericks 10.9.2 Lars
  10. Installed on 3 10.8.x Macs. System A - had much trouble installing with gui and resorted to ssh which worked better - first showed name as computername.local, but later it corrected itself - can start any task via KSC 9.2.69 System B - shows computername.local, but this problem has existed for some time. - unable to start tasks via KSC 9.2.69 System C - no issue Lars
  11. I use WatchGuard hardware as well. The IPS is just a hunch, because I have found it to occasionally impede transfer of some files. It could just be that the WG file signatures from one release differ from another and are interfering. In the WG policy manager, you should be able to increase the logging for each policy for monitoring. You can also uncheck IPS for the VPN policies (at both local and remote locations) and try again.
  12. Is it possible that your network firewall has IPS over the VPN connection? It might be detecting something in the setup package and breaks the connection during the install. I'd try pushing out the network agent and KES separately to see if one or the other or both continue to fail with install.
  13. I have 3 Mac's [OS X Lion] on our network that each will do the same thing after a period of time. They also run Parallels Desktop and the guest Windows OS will continue updating fine, whereas the Mac will not. Back in September-2011 I opened a support ticket and it's still ongoing. Been working with Kaspersky Support on the issue, but so far they have not been able to identify the cause. The only thing that is different for me from your description is I've since updated to KSC 9.2.69. Usually I reinstall the netagent to get things working again. It's a nuisance, but has been the only solution for us so far.
  14. As I know it, the KAV/KES are separate from Kaspersky for Exchange Server. I happened to have installed the KAV/KES on the Exchange servers first, but primarily because I was less concerned about Kaspersky for Exchange. Mail was and continues to be scanned for virus and spam at the gateway using another third party product. Since then, the Kaspersky for Exchange has been deployed onto each of my 2 Exchange 2010 servers. Exchange AV/AS retrieves it's own updates separate from the OS scanner.
