	I'm frequently getting the following error when my VPN is turned on.

	This happens for all websites and happens even when I'm using an Ethernet cable instead of Wifi.
</p>

<p>
	Turning off the VPN seems to get around this, but the VPN should not be causing this in the first place. This started up ever since I renewed my subscription a few weeks ago.

	Problem:  I bring up Kaspersky on the Windows laptop.  It presents a QR code.  I point the iPhone camera at the QR code and select the link.  The link takes me to downloading Kaspersky in the iPhone app but it doesn't download.

	I have a full version of VPN Secure Connection (v 21.15.8.493) used with Windows 11 on a LG Gram laptop with strong WiFi connection, and the VPN fails to connect when the laptop is woken from sleep or shut down mode. The on-off toggle switch indicates attempted connection, with "connecting..." shown underneath. The VPN never connects and I cannot turn it off until I turn off the laptop and re-boot. I also cannot change the country server. Clicking the on-off toggle button after re-boot results in the same problem. The only way I have found to get back to normal function is to re-install the program, but doing that every day is clearly not practical. Advice please...

	I purchased Kaspersky premium antivirus, and I wanted to use my Kaspersky VPN that is included. This VPN is giving me some <strong>serious</strong> issues.
</p>

<p>
	<u>First Issue</u>: The VPN didn't even work when I first tried connecting it. It turns out (from reading support), if you are running macOS and you have Kaspersky Internet Security/ Security Cloud installed, the kill switch won't let it make a connection. That took me <strong>HOURS</strong> to figure out. Anyway, I uninstalled the antivirus portion (which is the reason I bought the product) which then led me to my second major problem.
</p>

<p>
	<u>Second Issue</u>: After uninstalling the antivirus, I can connect and use the VPN, but the kill switch <strong>DOES NOT WORK</strong>. The VPN disconnects when I am away from my laptop, and my IP Address is exposed. This is a major issue, I feel, coming from such a reputable company. The only piece of software I am using on my Mac from this company is the password manager at the moment, and I am seriously considering changing that.
</p>

<p>
	<u>Conclusion</u>: We should be able to use the kill switch with our premium and plus antivirus (Other VPNs let me do this) on our Macs. If the kill switch cannot be fixed, at least give us a SOCKS5 server or something so we can actually use the VPN without leaking our IP address the way it is intended.
</p>

<p>
	Kaspersky, you guys have a great antivirus, but I am seriously bummed since I purchased Premium when it is giving me issues using it with the VPN. <span class="ipsEmoji">🙁</span>

	I am using the Outlook email client on an iMac and have my own email servers via a reputable outside provider.  When using the VPN, all of my emails are being rejected for "Bad Reputation Error". When I disable the VPN, emails go through.  I have changed the location of the VPN server and same result.  I turned off Apple Private Relay and also the same result.  I tried sending emails with the Apple Mail client as opposed to Outlook, with the VPN on, and still the same result.  So I feel this has something to do with the VPN.  This issue started on Friday, 9 February. What can I do to keep the VPN on and send emails?  No problem receiving them, by the way.

	I do not want to use Kaspersky VPN. I have signed up for 27 months with NordVPN so I'm not going to change my mind any time soon.

	I have tried stopping the process from starting but yet it is stil there. And every so often it pops up with a pester.  No big deal, easy to close.  I just don't want if coming up at all.

	How can I fix this so I get no further prompts?
