Hello! A few days ago I downloaded the Kaspersky Security Cloud – Free edition and allowed it to install it’s extension on Chrome. It didn't take long for me to notice that it didn't work very well, for example the CPU usage jumped to 80%+ when I entered certain sites. Then I removed the extension. What I want to know, if it is normal for when I search on Google for there to be green shields (URL Advisor?) even without the security extension installed.

Hello, I use Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud and I would like to add a trusted URL, but I can't find a "whitelist" or a place where I can exclude an URL from being blocked. I didn't find any option, could you help me? Thank you!

Recently I've been having constant problems watching videos online. On some sites, like Netflix and Prime Video, I don't have any problems, but on others, like CTV, it's impossible to watch any video. Even YouTube crashes from time to time. I just installed the Kaspersky Secuirty Cloud (free version). I first logged into my acccount for a website. After I finished working, I logged out and logged into another website; Kaspersky then warned me that I am using the same passwords for 2 different websites. I am a bit concerned since if it knows that I am using the same password, it must somehow save my password somewhere for comparison. I can disable Karperskey from warning me about the same password, but is it still saving my password secretly somehow? Is there a way to disable Kaspersky from saving my password? Are all the saved passwords secure? Thanks for your support.

Kaspersky Secure Cloud has advised me of a weak setting on my Galaxy A3 Andoid mobile, but I'm not sure what I need to do to satisfy the alert in Kaspersky so that it doesn't keep flagging this up. Can any advise please and provide precise steps to take?

I’ve noticed that Security Cloud for Android doesn’t include Antivirus. When installing Security Cloud, you still have to download Internet Security (Antivirus & Anti-theft) separately. You have to keep both apps running and draining battery, why? It’s not like on PC where Security Cloud replaces the Antivirus. Also on android, I’ve found that there isn’t anything worth having on the free version of Security Cloud, everything useful is in the Antivirus app. So, what’s the deal with Security Cloud for android?

I googled some stuff and it turns out one of the websites I visited, I think, attempted a driveby download. Kaspersky didn’t even let the page load fully and exited it, putting me into the “Prevented visiting website” page. I clicked on the address again in the history tab to check what the message was and it put me into the same webpage. I also threw the link through VirusTotal and each link got at least one detection.
