less than 30 hours ago, I installed KS. Nightmare begin after restarting my PC. I can’t login to my PC because I can’t type with my keyboard. When I press A-Z, 1-0 it won’t work. Ever since I installed Restoro I keep getting this notice on and off all the time. Scanning doesn't get rid of it. How can I get rid of this malware notice please?

I gave device for keyboard repair but they used for some other purpose , they tuned off security cloud & i found chrome logged out and all browser settings changed, is there some software to trace what they did with the device by kaspersky or some other vendor? Is it possible to detect if someone has replaced original device parts with duplicate old hardware parts of the device or installed spyware on the device? Most shops here deny to repair in front of customer.

I need to find suspected stalkerware installed on my android. nothing is finding it, or i should say nothing free is finding it. i know it’s there because of other things going on. so that is my question, i just have the free version, i think security cloud. if i purchase a paid version, will it be able to find it?

Was a loyal customer for 8 years back then, then my mate tried out your product again, and since well we are both gamers with networks running, he suggested that I should try this product out. I'm setting up Kaspersky Security Cloud Free addition on my parents PC and would like to receive email notification on any suspicious activity that Kaspersky encounters. I can't find anything within notifications setting or other to do this. Does it not exist? If it does, can someone point me in the correct location?

Hi, me again, I have Idle scan enable. I know that idle scan is there to use less ressources or to use the ressources for when the computer is not in use . I noticed that the my last idle scan lasted about 2hr 18mn to complete. Now , since I am not telling idle scan what to look for , can someone tell me what Idle scan is scanning ? It is some sort on auto full can ? KSC said that ( Idle scan run scan tasks (of the system memory, system partition, and startup objects) So what’s describe above is more or less than a full scan ? Sandboxie is a well known sandbox software that was made open-source recently. I found out that a process of Kaspersky, plugins_nms.exe, causes sandboxed browsers to malfunction, probably due to Kaspersky Protection browser extension. The sandbox process fails to terminate due to Kaspersky’s self defense module. Self defense has to be disabled in order to terminate the sandboxed process. Both Edge and Chrome will struggle once sandboxed due to this process.

Please increase the File Vault encryption which is 56 bit to 256 bit encryption. Also make it full disk encryption.

Earlier today I noticed a .exe file appear on my desktop: it is named - Install Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection version 21.2.16.590. I already have Kaspersky VPN Secure Connect on my computer although it is an older version number. I`m trying to install security cloud in my brothers computer using teamviewer, the problem is that after the installation, when it ask me for my user and password, I cant write, click or close Kaspersky. What can I do?? is has definetly something to do with the remote connection, because when I install it in my computer I had no problem. Hope you can help me Thanks
