I have a subscription to Kaspertsky cloud, but i acces by my gmail acount, so the moment i wan´t to make any change of the divices it ask for my pasword but it shows invalid, i tried to change but the problem is, that i would get a security code but i don´t ever get one. so at the end i can cancel, or change anything on my Kaspersky acount, i can´t even have my PC to use the software bacause it would said my password is wrong.

I have been using Kaspersky Security Cloud for many years now without any trouble. What is happening right now is unbelievable, a secure website which I am 100% sure of, is not opening because stupid Kaspersky doesn't let me open it!!! I had a nightmare during the Kaspersky installation on a Windows 7 laptop. After entering the activation code, the "add" button was not visible. I changed the screen resolution several times, but that didn't help. Finally, I changed the view to "Portrait" and by moving the application up and down and left and right I was able to complete the installation. It was a nightmare.

HI everyone facing the weirdest issue I have faced. I have Kaspersky Security cloud It causes issues for me in steam like during remote sharing/steam link to tv , However the weird issue is If I uninstall or remove Kaspersky completely Steam will always be in offline mode and will not connect to the internet If I install kaspersky security cloud back then steam will start working in online mode I have tried installing and uninstalling steam this issue seems like a major problem. Kaspersky opened up today and asked me to press a button to learn more about switching to their new free version. Still, when I press this button it takes me to the website about the learn more for a split second then puts me into the main Kaspersky page and in french for some reason (I'm Canadian but I haven't set my language to french at all.)

hi there KL teams, As we already have the "Pause Protection" menu item, I'd really appreciate a "Pause Notifications" button as well. Thus completely silencing the app for a given amount of time (1h/2h/4h/1day).. It is a bit annoying when a popup show's up in a middle of an online meeting while you present something... Almost every day I have to close the Kaspersky which means that sometimes I forget to reopen it when I don't need anymore apps. Mostly the issues are with the messengers like Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. For example, with active the Kaspersky, I can't send files through the WhatsApp. Windows Apps path is like C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\[random string]\app\[app name].exe, with that random string to be changed from time to time. So, I have to add as trusted applications these programs again and again, or just kill the whole Kaspersky when I use these apps.
