I have KSC 2019 installed on my sons sys. He uses steam to play his games. He tries launching Rainbow Six Siege and gets a "A ubisoft service is unavailable" error. I've researched it a little and it says to allow it through the firewall. Shouldnt KSC notify me and auto set this up? And how do I safely allow something through my firewall while keeping my protection intact? Any help would be great. Oh i have Windows 10 latest updates.

I would add websites to safe money and then when I would go to that website the screen would be edged in green like it should be. But then it would start edging all screens in green, even if I asked a general question of Google. I have Google fiber for my internet. Now when I try to access certain websites, that I have been using with no problem, I get a message that says "This site can't be reached." For instance WalMart. I make purchases from them from time to time. Has always worked great. When running Kaspersky Free AV today on my imac, it detected a malware called HEUR:Trojan.Script.Generic. However, when trying to solve this issue, Kaspersky Security Cloud returns the message that it cannot disinfect the object since : The object cannot be found. Only choice is to ‘skip the step’. However, the problem is still flagged in the security cloud overview as ‘not resolved’. I am running Windows 7 on an imac (bootcamp). Has anyone experienced this issue ? And how did you deal with it ? Can it simply be a false positive ? And if so, how do I find out ?

Whenever “DellSupportAssistRemedationService” tries to create backup, it’s being identified by Kaspersky as a high risk trojen and attempts to delete it. How do I make Kaspersky Security Cloud detect viruses in a download before completing it in the browser?

Hi, I`m having a problem with Kaspersky Security Cloud. After sometime playing my pc lost it`s connection. It`s not a problem with my network connection since I use a cable and this problem began after I installed Kaspersky. Does anyone know what this could be?

After the installation process of Kaspersky Security Cloud has been successfully a problem arises for me here. The application is saying "this application is not available in your region"... Indeed i downloaded the S.E.Asia version from the web. Now i don't know how to remove/uninstall Kaspersky security cloud without any leftovers as it won't even log me in to be able to reach to the so call menu*. In the web guide on Kaspersky website, seem like it is intended only even ones able to log in into application. Hello again! I’m using kaspersky security cloud. My problem is kaspersky and defender runs together. What can ı do about this problem?

Have read the suggestions online to delete cookies / cache once every two weeks. However, if cookies can be stolen and used to identify password, how would that be effective enough assuming attacks are in real-time? Will Security Cloud stop such theft or is the best practice to delete cookies / cache after each browser session? Trying to strike the right balance here so any insight would be helpful!

Acidentally i clicked a website with the red shield on it after a google search (didnt mean to click it) and promptly got 3 “access denied” notifications for a malicious link with the Reason: Cloud Protection all good until about 10 min later i get 7 (seven!) notifications from the same general URL (mostily .png and .svg acessets from the website) claiming “Previously opened dangerous link detected” with the Result: Not Processed I’ve ran several scans with several tools and all came back clean, and KSC did not quarentined any objects. I found this topic ( Link)and I have this exact issue except I’m not running any browser extensions. My audio doubles on many video websites, so when I pause or skip or whatever I do with the video audio just keeps going. For example https://streamable.com/699mvb and http://www.rdv.ba/live/ I found out if I go to encrypted connection settings and turn on do not scan they’ll stop double playing (tho I’m not sure if they stop forever because when I had this turned off for a while before I think it came back but not 100% sure). How to stop windows security virus protection notification on Windows 10 at start-up, 'Virus & threat protection.Turn on virus protection' (using Kaspersky Cloud)

Every time I access that website I get a couple of notifications on that. Is there any way to have KSC exclude that site from notifications? It’s really annoying.

Good evening, Recently i have purchased a subscription of Total Security for 5 devices thinking that it would benefit having it on my iPhones and iPad (on the description page it says that it’s working on macOS and iOS); Unfortunately Total Security its not covering iPhones or iPads so i ended up with only 1 device being covered from a total of 5. I would love to change my subscription from Total Security into Cloud Security considering ability to get full protection on my iPhones/iPads.
