Kaspersky Security Cloud

I’ve noticed that Security Cloud for Android doesn’t include Antivirus. When installing Security Cloud, you still have to download Internet Security (Antivirus & Anti-theft) separately. You have to keep both apps running and draining battery, why? It’s not like on PC where Security Cloud replaces the Antivirus. Also on android, I’ve found that there isn’t anything worth having on the free version of Security Cloud, everything useful is in the Antivirus app. So, what’s the deal with Security Cloud for android?

Im blocked from my own Gmail account by Security Cloud while using Edge, same happened when i tryed to connect Destiny Item Manager, plz fix these ASAP! I need to access my email without uninstalling your software! I have Kaspersky Security Cloud (v.20.0.14.1085i) and every time i try to play “League of Legends”, it starts rootkit scans. When i am in a match, i have increased cpu and fps drop due to this thing. It finishes the scan and it starts again. I have gaming mode enabled but i think it bypasses it. I stop the scan, return to the game and after 5-10 minutes, the rootkit scan starts again. This doesn’t happen with other games. Is it a bug? I will disable protection until this is fixed.

Hi, I downloaded free Kaspersky cloud. Started a full scan. Then noticed my system drive getting full. Here are the 2 files that were growing very big: It’s impossible to perform scan. Please assist me with issue. Thanks.

I have a Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 with a SSD drive running on Windows 10 with all updates installed, the Kaspersky Hard Drive Health Monitor is unable to retrieve data from the drive. Is this common? Is there a Windows setting that may be interfering with retrieving the data? Any ideas? Thanks.

Kaspersky Settings > Additional > Network > Traffic Processing > uncheck Inject Script. It would be better if we could whitelist sites we don't want it on!

So I’ve tried downloading the EU version (and other versions too) but the website seems to just show a white blank page when trying to download. Hi, Today I installed Kaspersky Free Cloud on a second computer and each time I try to enter my email address and password it fails to activate - no access to my Kaspersky site is the error. If I look at the My.Kaspersky portal it is showing up with a red cross. I removed it from there and tried again but now it does not even add it to the portal. I have check proxy servers, internet access and even logged on to my.kaspersky from Edge - all is well with everything else and its a newish machine with no malware.

Hi, me again, I have Idle scan enable. I know that idle scan is there to use less ressources or to use the ressources for when the computer is not in use . I noticed that the my last idle scan lasted about 2hr 18mn to complete. Now , since I am not telling idle scan what to look for , can someone tell me what Idle scan is scanning ? It is some sort on auto full can ? KSC said that ( Idle scan run scan tasks (of the system memory, system partition, and startup objects) So what’s describe above is more or less than a full scan ? Hi! I keep on getting a Kaspersky Security Cloud notification about Malware being detected. It says: Detected: MEM:Trojan.Script.AngryPower.gen Location: System memory When I chose the option to disinfect and restart the computer, either it does that, restarts, and says that the object was disinfected, or I’ll get some sort of System32 error and then my computer has to be restarted to work again. I keep on getting the Kaspersky notification, and I am pretty computer illiterate so I’m not sure what to do about this. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Hi, I’ve read somewhere that I dont really need to schedule a daily quick scan to increase my computer security if Kaspersky cloud free is doing a Rootkit scan everyday by default , is it true ? Thanks

Cannot activate TurboTax because it requires the application to contact the TT server. This problem did not exist under Kaspersky Internet Security. KSC Personal was purchased on August 27, 2019. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Can anyone tell me how to uninstall Kaspersky security cloud? This thing is like a virus. It keeps hanging up and I have to keep rebooting so I decided to uninstall it and move to a different vendor, but you cannot even uninstall it! If you go to windows control panel …. programs and features …. kaspersky → uninstall a dialogue opens up “preparing for installation” and it hangs up again. This is hands down the WORSE software integration with Windows 10 I have every experienced. Is there a Kaspersly tool that I can use to uninstall the product given it CANNOT be uninstalled by windows 10?

Just uninstalled NIS to try out Kaspersky given it has such postivie covereage recently, but my early experiences are not promising. I have regular hangs of the Kaspersky software. It all seems to be related to ‘hardware virtualization’. It tells me I should use it, but ‘it is not available’ fine. whatever, but then inevitably after some time it pops up a message box lower right about hardware virtualization and the software hangs. So I thought… well it is ‘not available’ so I will just uncheck the ‘use it’ checkbox to turn it off. Nope… the moment you click on that box there is message flashed for a microsecond (not possible to read) and the software hangs again. S…

hi, i found a site called iskylib . com it’s a fake site with fake programs when you download it and install the program it will stole all your accounts in this machine.. this site and program from Israel free kaspersky security cloud not detect it and not take any actions..

Window report that I have 525000 files on my C: drive. Previous full scan with a competitor product report around that number of files scanned Kaspersky cloud free report that 10,78,362 files has been scanned How one interpret 10,78,362 ? I downloaded and attempted to install the free product. After some time, the install began to stall and funny things began happening with my RoboForm install, it got stuck in synchronization, and the menu popped up from lower right screen and is stuck there. After waiting a while in this state, I decided to cancel the installation. It began canceling and the green bar made it almost all the way gone to the left, leaving about a quarter inch.
