Hello, I'm using Kaspersky security cloud (21.33.10.391 - free version) on win 11. When i extract some zip/7z/rar files on a ssd drive (system is not on that drive), the processus called system eat about 9% of the CPU and no application answer anymore. Using process exploer i find out that one thread which has "klbackupflt.sys" as starting adress seems to be the culprit. After waiting for a while, the thread ends (or is killed ? i don't really know) and the coputer works fine again... till next time. I have a subscription to Kaspertsky cloud, but i acces by my gmail acount, so the moment i wan´t to make any change of the divices it ask for my pasword but it shows invalid, i tried to change but the problem is, that i would get a security code but i don´t ever get one. so at the end i can cancel, or change anything on my Kaspersky acount, i can´t even have my PC to use the software bacause it would said my password is wrong.

Almost every day I have to close the Kaspersky which means that sometimes I forget to reopen it when I don't need anymore apps. Mostly the issues are with the messengers like Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. For example, with active the Kaspersky, I can't send files through the WhatsApp. Windows Apps path is like C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\[random string]\app\[app name].exe, with that random string to be changed from time to time. So, I have to add as trusted applications these programs again and again, or just kill the whole Kaspersky when I use these apps.

Hello, I have Kaspersky security cloud installed on MacOS and I have a digital certificate imported into safari to access certain websites like online banking. If I turn off the protection of Kaspersky everything works normal, if I turn it on however and try to go on one of such sites needing a digital certificate it says could not recognise the certificate so it’s obvious that the security cloud is blocking it. Any ideas on how to solve this issue? Maybe there is some setting where I could mark my digital certificate as trustworthy or something? It’s troublesome to have to always turn off the protection when accessing some sites. Best regards

Hi, I have just installed Kaspersky Security Cloud and once I started Mozilla, Kaspersky popped up a window with the error in the title FOR EVERY WEBSITE, even Kaspersky own site. Is it normal and should I just add every website I visit as an exception (which sound pretty weird to me) or is something wrong? Thanks. Fabio

I have been using Kaspersky Security Cloud for many years now without any trouble. What is happening right now is unbelievable, a secure website which I am 100% sure of, is not opening because stupid Kaspersky doesn't let me open it!!! I had a nightmare during the Kaspersky installation on a Windows 7 laptop. After entering the activation code, the "add" button was not visible. I changed the screen resolution several times, but that didn't help. Finally, I changed the view to "Portrait" and by moving the application up and down and left and right I was able to complete the installation. It was a nightmare.

Hello all, I hope you are all surviving, and for those of you who are in isolation, that you are keeping sane. haha I have a little bit of an issue/pet peeve with, Kasperskys’ scrolling speed. Within both KPM and Security Cloud, two finger scrolling is ridiculously fast. Using the laptops touchpad with one tiny little scroll gesture will skip right down to the end of the open page. Manually using the scroll bars works fine operating at a much more comfortable speed. However having to manually use the scroll bar is both time consuming and frustrating/un-userfrendly. Within all other windows programs/services, this is not an issue only within Kaspersky products…

I notice that I get "Processing Error" on some files that Kaspersky SC scans. Most, if not all, are related to Microsoft Edge updates. One more curious one is just dalled data0000.res. My mouse keeps jumping to the left corner of the screen, my mouse is a superlight from logitech and i tried many other good brands mouses even NEW mouses and EVERY singles one does the same thing, as you can see in the following video. Suddenly, KAV is blocking apps (Quicken, MS Teams, New Outlook) that were not previously blocked. I had to disable protection temporarily to verify it. And now, create new exclusions for every app that is blocked.

Kaspersky opened up today and asked me to press a button to learn more about switching to their new free version. Still, when I press this button it takes me to the website about the learn more for a split second then puts me into the main Kaspersky page and in french for some reason (I'm Canadian but I haven't set my language to french at all.)

So, Kaspersky launched up for me and said to press a learn more button about what to know when switching from Kaspersky security cloud free to their new version. When I press the button it shows me the Learn more website for a split second then redirects me to the main Kaspersky site in french (I'm Canadian but I don't speak it) Why does this happen?
