	Добрый день!

	Собственно вопрос, как попасть в KSC с включенной двухфакторной аутентификацией, если в Google Authenticator пропал код ? 
</p>

<p>
	Спустя неделю использования 2fa в приложение Google Authenticator пропал код от сервера KSC. 
</p>

<p>
	В момент включения 2fa не скриншот с qr-кодом и текстовым ключом не сохранил. 
</p>

<p>
	Есть ли способ попасть в KSC ?

	I am facing an issue related to the generation of reports Whenever I try to generate a report for more than 7 days, it always give me data from last seven days and it doesnt change if I try report for last 30 days or 90 days. As the event store is set to 180 days, I still didn't get any events in KSC 14 and 14.2.<br />

	Also If anyone can explain the <u><strong>flow of events and report generation,.</strong></u><br />

	Can someone explain how to fix this issue. I installed new KSC on a Windows Server 2022, Windows Network Poll is enabled, IP Poll is enabled, and Active Directory Poll is enabled. KSC shows all unassigned devices with two poll (Windows Network Poll and IP Poll) but shows nothing when I run Active Directory. Server on which is installed can see the rest of the network and it communicates with active directory. Is this some kind of bug in KSC and what do i need to do to fix this issue.

	We've just started upgrading our endpoint security softwares from 12.3 to 12.4 version, and it seems to cause problems to our users who are still using Office 2016.

	The Kaspersky outlook add-in slows, and crashes the mail client. We've managed to find a workaround simply by disabling the outlook add-in.
</p>

	I my new KSC Administration server I have clients from two domains and different networks. On one network I cant manage clients in the way that cant stop/start KES or agent, and cant stop/start any task (gray). don't see info on Session to. Everything else seams to work. I can install KES app, can see app installed on client, updates are working.

	It seams to me that is some kind of network problem, as maybe some ports are blocked. But I'm confused. Can you help me?

	i installed KSC 14.2 on my server, i  deployed KES 12.3 on all PCs in work environment and I applied main policy to devices that include prohibit using removable devices. but i have some laptops also work out of our corporation and need to connect removable devices, then i create also an out-of-policy for specific laptops users to allow connect removable devices when they are work out of corporate.
</p>

<p>
	But the problem is:
</p>

<p>
	- If these laptop users disconnect their laptops from the company network (unplug network cable from laptops) when they are inside the company, the out-of-policy will apply and they can use removable devices to copy data to/from laptops, and then reconnect their laptops to network (plug network cable into laptops) and copy anything they want between laptops and data in network. 
</p>

<p>
	So, the using of out-of-office policy in these cases is a big mistake.
</p>

<p>
	What is the benefit of using main policy (not out-of-office policy) if the laptops users can overtake the main policy by unplug network cables from their laptops exploiting the loophole in out-of-office policy.
</p>

	I have a printer server running Windows Server 2019 and every time we restart the server, or from one day to the other (apparently during the evening), the Network agent gets uninstalled. I've tried different agent versions.

	When the server is booting up I can see a message that says "Installing managed software Kaspersky Security Center 10 Network Agent...", even though I'm running Security Center 14 (it was happening with version 13 as well).
</p>

<p>
	<span>There are no uninstall tasks created in the Security Center. </span><span>I can't find out why it this is happening.</span>

One of the servers doesn't have access to a stable internet connection and fails to download KES updates. Is there a way to download these updates from another Administration server who has access to Internet  (the main server for example) ?

	Hi, I got issue on Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Report. Date and time showing error (see the pic). I've tried to create new report template or editing the field but the issue still the same. any suggestions to fix it?
