	Hello,
</p>

<p>
	I am currently deploying KASAP On premise version in a client infrastructure.
</p>

<p>
	The installation completes successfully. however when trying to register with the client's email adress i get the error "Domain name does not exist".
</p>

<p>
	I tried using another email for example my own or a gmail/outlook one and there is no error. however no email is ever recieved
</p>

<p>
	We are usng login/password for smtp authentication.
</p>

<p>
	Is there a file we can edit directly to change any previous config we have done ? having to reinstall the entire solution is really unhelpful and time consuming
</p>

<p>
	Please help me in solving the issue face above.
</p>

	Hi, we claimed by a couple of our users their slow progress (delay/be behind a schedule, of course), but most of them replied that they are in time schedule. There are users too (among our 280 users), which are even in status "Finished" on their home page, but in report are evaluated as "behind the schedule".
</p>

<p>
	How it is possible? How we can refresh data on report, that it will correlate with statuses on end users home pages?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Kind regards
</p>

	Jindrich

	There is a question on Kaspersky ASAP:
</p>

<p>
	"Why is it recommended to forward suspicious emails to your company's IT Security team or other security employee".
</p>

<p>
	One of the required answers is "Only security personnel can confirm if an incoming email is safe".
</p>

<p>
	I disagree with this statement. Why would only people with the hat "security personnel" be able assess this? A properly trained or experienced person could also assess this, maybe even better than the person who is wearing the hat "security personnel".
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Please elaborate, or remove this as one of the options in the questionaire.
</p>
