Kaspersky Password Manager

As title says. KPM does not launch at all on Microsoft Edge 44.18362.449.0

I need for the Kaspersky Password Manager the csv-format for the import of my existing passwords from EXCEL. There exists only a very, very poor description for the csv-import! Has somebody an sample-file? Can it be (from KPM export format)? Website name; Website URL; Login name; Login; Password; Comment Do I have to store the csv in UTF-8 or ANSI?

Having already paid an annual subscription for Total Security am surprised to find I must pay a further £19.99 to upgrade to premium which will include Total Security so in effect am paying twice. Is this fair?

I was thinking about using the Password Manager, but got second thoughts after reading the EULA. But once the EULA is displayed, there is only one way to go, to press Accept button. There is no cancel button, and if you close the window it will be displayed everytime you reboot your PC.

When I log into a few sites there is a key symbol which is unable to input over. I am using Chrome. What is this about and how can I fix it??

Hi guys, has been a while that PM extension for google chrome is returning the same website, despit in which URL I am in. For several websites the Passaword Manger read it as "premier.tickesforfun.com.br”- this isn't a login page, I can't change in anyway and if I try to save it return an error. Also I need to cancel several times to make the window dissapear. This is happening in my two laptops(personal and profissional) and it's quite annoying as I can't automatically save new passwords. What should I do to fix this issue? Thanks in advance

Is it possible to store .xlxs and .doc files in the vault. I see that i could save files to vault only in pdf format. Any solution or idea on the above??

Помогите плз понять как сохранить пароли для разных страниц сайта. Например, на сервере стоит ISP Manager и phpMyAdmin. То есть, хост одинаковый, но страницы разные. Логин для обоих страниц одинаковый root При сохранении записи объединяются, что делает использование Password Manager бессмысленным.

Kaspersky Password Manager crashes when starting on all iOS devices. Have been using it for years with no problems and it continues to work on Windows10 computer. What could be the conflict? Could the latest iOS update have anything to do with crashing?

Hallo, I have a problem with KPM in Firefox. The KPM extension seems to be installed and enabled in Firefox 69.0.3 (64bit). However, it does not seem to be working. As you cen see in the next picture, it is not in the list of extensions. Simply, I cannot see a “key symbol” on any log-in page. I tried reinstalling Mozilla Firefoox and KPM. I use the latest versions of both. Does anybody experience the same issue. Thanks.

Since this morning, I am getting in Chrome that I need to restart my computer as "This is needed to activate Kaspersky Password Manager extension". I have restarted twice now but no result. I also de-activated and activated again the extension, each time by closing Chrome, but the result stays the same. The password manager is working fine for the rest. Any ideas or solutions?

As per title, the key icon is not showing up although the add on is there and enabled. The command bar is displayed. Kaspersky Protection add on is there as well and shows properly.

Hi there, booted my computer today and a message pop up appeared telling me i should install latest KPM version. when i try to install it, "Unknown Error" message shows. Any ideas? Thanks.

In my password manager if I go to one of my entries and press open in browser all I get is a message saying "Data Synced", a few weeks ago pressing open in browser worked as it should but now nothing happens Also none of my passwords automatically log me in even though the autologin is selected again this was working ok a few weeks ago.

Can I import passwords from Keeper Password Manager (Keeper Securities) into Kaspersky Password Manager if I want to switch apps and not re-enter everything?

Due to a typing error I've entered wrongly the master password for instead the password manager ask to create a new master password. By the way KPM create a new vault and make a backup and block the last vault. Fortunately I've found the correct password but when I tried to import the encrypted vault but KPM says that cannot be imported because is from a older version and fail. Do you know a workaround or download a fully version of a older version?

I'm trying to import my passwords for Mcafee True Key to Kaspersky Password Manager. It seems that Kaspersky doesn't like the .csv file Mcafee created. Any solutions to this problem??? I have a lot of passwords... it would take a long time to enter them all by hand. Lol
