Hi everyone. How does KPM syncs? Which URL is it using? Just adding .kaspersky.com to the Zscaler URL filtering, does not solves the problem with the sync. I know that this is not Kaspersky problem, but maybe someone from here had the same problem? Thanks in advance for any help.

How can I turn off the annoying “Update Password?” pop-up that I have to say “No Thanks” to every time I try to go to one of my sites I log into? I am afraid I will accidentally click the OK some time and it will change my password and I don’t want it to. I want this to quit popping up and asking me.

Hi! I have one license to 2 users and 5 devices (KTS) and I´d like to share some passwords with my husband. Not all my password, just some of them. How can I do this?

Just the perennial reminder that many choose not to use this password manager because there is not a linux client to manage passwords with. Asking people to use the web interface to enter passwords makes it highly inconvenient on the Linux user. Bitwarden, Lastpass, and others all offer Linux clients, but for some reason Kaspersky has had hate for Linux for the last 8 years. It’s disappointing because their anti-virus is good. I hope they figure it out before Deepin/UOS become a big thing in China, because they will be behind on marketshare on those in business strategy/development departments that actually think ahead more than a few months.

According to Patch J Release notes: “We have made some interface improvements” Hmmm🙄 , imo, removing Kaspersky Customers choice to DECLINE being co-opted into MARKETING is not an improvement Anyone from Kaspersky like to tell us where you’ve hidden the Data provision section?

I have KTS. My subscription shows I have over 400 days remaining. When I logged into KPM on my iPhone yesterday, somehow it no longer was the full version. It indicated I was using the free version. It was working fine the day before. I checked My Kaspersky and the iPhone device was no longer listed. Fortunately I was able to uninstall KPM on my iPhone, login to My Kaspersky on my iPhone, added my device and downloaded and installed a clean version of KPM. It installed successfully and synchronized with my KPM vault. All is working fine now. Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms?

I am trying to make a purchase. The form shows the Password Manager key and there is a credit card stored in the vault. Yet nothing I do allows this form to autofill - clicking the key in the field, clicking the key in the browser extension. What am I missing?

The application won't open. I click and it won't open. I deleted and installed the app many times. It didn't work. Please help me.

Initially, whenever I would click on the field to enter credit card data, it would allow me to autofill with saved card info. It would also do this with my address, phone, etc. It doesn't do it anymore. Is there a setting that may have changed? I have all the data saved in my vault.

Hi, I made the mistake to include kaspersky passwords manager installed along with kaspersky antivirus. I realized it was only obstracting everything I did with prompts and what not, I ended up uninstalling it but in mozilla whenever I hit anywhere that has a login section, I do get the little kaspersky password pop up mini frame next to the password area. I searched my control panel, I searched my mozilla addons, I cannot see any trace of it to further uninstall. How can I get rid of this annoying thing?

Kaspersky Password Manager is the best password management software I’ve seen, but I have recently encountered an issue that is rather annoying because it now opens all saved sites in Microsoft Edge and not my system default, Mozilla Firefox: I open the application and enter the master password. I locate the saved login details for whichever site I need to login (For example, https://my.kaspersky.com/). I click on “Open in browser”. The page always opens in Microsoft Edge, I’ve attached a screenshot of the Windows Settings that show Mozilla Firefox is properly set as my default browser. I this issue perhaps related to my recent installation of the new Chromium-based Edg…

I am using Windows 10, 1909, with Chome browser extension. I just logged into a website where the password was not stored. The key symbol was in the ID and password fields, but said that the website isn’t in the password manager. I input my ID and password and it did not ask to save it. First time this has happened. Any idea why?

When you have multiple accounts for a website saved in the Kaspersky Password Manager and you try to login to the site. You see on the top of the list the newest Account and at the end of the list the older account that you made. Personal for me it would be better, of the list would not be sorted by the Date of making the accounts, in stat it would be better if it would be sorted by the use of the accounts. I don't know if this would be just an improvement for me or for more of you guys, please give me feedback how you like the idea?
