I agreed to try your new PW manager. But when I repeatedly attempted to import my PW vault from RoboForm via a .csv file, I received an error message. Please advise and thanks, Ron

How can move all my passwords and credentials from my iphone into the Kaspersky Password Manager?

Now each time i want to unlock my vault i need to input my main password. Is it possible to add the support of Windows Hello or fingerprint for unlocking the vault?

Hi there, I purchased Kaspersky total security and have connected the codes to my account. However I could not activate the premium version of Secure Connection and Kaspersky Password Manager.

I have KPM since it is out, in the first versions this field was alphanumeric, at least using the Android App; now it's numeric only. To have more security I was used to crypt both CVV and PIN of my credit cards into an alpha string. There is any way to paste or write characters into it?

hello kaspersky community I'm having trouble applying Kaspersky Password Manager When I log in successfully with my master password and after a while I am asked to re-enter it again Release 9.0.2.972 (b) / 1563191215_6231 / 1.0.363.0-0.8.3.0_1 windows 10 (64bit) 1903

I have noticed that KPM considers these as the same URL [Website Address] : www.domain.com:2083 and www.domain.com:2096 So if I have one the [Website Address] error/conflict checking code it won’t let me add the other as a different entry. It also doesn’t seem to distinguish between any deeper URL paths so www.domain.com/wp-login is also automatically linked to the a single domain entry. This is rather annoying as most hosting companies use just the port reference to determine the different logins for cPanel and WebMail…..ironically all the built-in browser password managers handle this easily. If I’m missing something obvious please feel free to illuminate me…

It would have been better if they've given option of adding new profile on the webpage or any app while logging in for the first time like in dashlane or 1password. Also should be able to customise templates by adding pics or documents to any passwords/ bank accounts, etc.

When I launch the kpm program, I have two windows popped out - One big and another one in the right corned of the screen, and it’s smaller. Anyone knows what can be the issue?

Upgraded password manager on 2 macs on 4/24/20. Both reverted to unpaid versions and would not connect to my account. I have multiple gmail accounts each with a different password. At first had difficulty getting KPM to remember the different passwords (wanted to enter one for all accounts) but found a work around. However now I’m having two problems, it’s not auto filling the password for the appropriate account (even though auto fill is turned on) and it won’t let me be logged into more than one account at a time. With KPM I can have multiple accounts open in different tabs, with it enabled for gmail I have to log out of one account to access another. How can I turn off the annoying “Update Password?” pop-up that I have to say “No Thanks” to every time I try to go to one of my sites I log into? I am afraid I will accidentally click the OK some time and it will change my password and I don’t want it to. I want this to quit popping up and asking me.

Just the perennial reminder that many choose not to use this password manager because there is not a linux client to manage passwords with. Asking people to use the web interface to enter passwords makes it highly inconvenient on the Linux user. Bitwarden, Lastpass, and others all offer Linux clients, but for some reason Kaspersky has had hate for Linux for the last 8 years. It’s disappointing because their anti-virus is good. I hope they figure it out before Deepin/UOS become a big thing in China, because they will be behind on marketshare on those in business strategy/development departments that actually think ahead more than a few months.

Since recently I have Kaspersky password manager icon prompt next to fillable fields in Chrome. How can I disable this? I tried selecting “Don’t show this again” in the right-click menu, but the prompt icon pops up again and again. Thank you,

I have KTS. My subscription shows I have over 400 days remaining. When I logged into KPM on my iPhone yesterday, somehow it no longer was the full version. It indicated I was using the free version. It was working fine the day before. I checked My Kaspersky and the iPhone device was no longer listed. Fortunately I was able to uninstall KPM on my iPhone, login to My Kaspersky on my iPhone, added my device and downloaded and installed a clean version of KPM. It installed successfully and synchronized with my KPM vault. All is working fine now. Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms?
