Hello kaspersky May i give some idea that i get from other password extension 1.Pls seperate the PM application and PM extension 2.Pls lock the extension after closing the browser Benefits: -We dont need to put another password to open the PM after opening it(if turning on the Autolock) -We can easily turn off the PM without forgetting to do it (because it always happend to me :)) -Save,Fast And Safety 😉 but if this thing not applicable. its ok Sorry if my english bad Thank you very much,if you read this.

When I go to a new website and login password manager asks to save password, I say yes but it’s giving me the error message - Entry not saved, no login was specified. See screenshot.

Hello everyone, I think it is time for Kaspersky to introduce Dark Mode or Theme to Password Manager, Well I guess to all there products. What do people think of that?

I am logged as you can see on the taskbar but extension is greyed out (See screenshot) Also when i try log in via extension in browser it gives me Incorrect master password but is correct (see screenshot). All worked good but i dont know what has happened (maybe update browsers)? KPM 9.0.2.14151 (n) FF 84.0.2 (probably problems with version 84) Edge 87.0.664.75 On the taskbar logged on browser not. Try log in via browser extension not success.

Do I have to log in to KPM to use my passwords each time I need to log into a secure website?

Hi there, I currently have Kaspersky Total Security with a paid license for 5 devices. 2 of 5 devices are owned by my spouse. I would like to know if it is possible to set up a different vault for each of us or the only option is to have the same vault for both of us?

The last days when im trying to change password at any website, at the new password area does not apear the green key of kaspersky password manager so i can press on it and generate the new password, when i am change the password manualy, kaspersky password manager dont save the new password automaticaly. My default browser is chrome. I dont have any other problems i can login at any website normaly with kaspersky password manager.

Hello community, May I know if the KPM license included in Kaspersky total security is also valid for mobile devices? For example I have a total security license which includes KPM license. I installed KPM on my PC and it works well. May I use this license for smartphones application such as iOS or I need to subcribe the sparate license for KPM? Thanks a bunch in advance.

According to Kaspersky publicity material, passwords stored in the vaultare encrypted and my data is not known to Kaspersky. So how are Kaspersky able to produce a report telling me how many times my passwords have been hacked according to “have I been pwned”?

Hi everyone I’ve been going through my outbound connections of my PC the other day and I noticed that the Kaspersky Password Manager app has three outbound connections: TCP: 130.117.190.147; port:443 TCP: 82.202.184.205; port:443 TCP:62.128.100.253; port:443I find it a little suspicious that the app which stores all of my passwords has an outbound connection to the internet. I know that these are probably Kaspersky Servers but I still find it weird. Does anyone have any information on this matter that could explain things in detail? I have tried finding info on the web but my search was fruitless.

After I fill in new credit card fields on the Acumatica website and then click “Save card” button, nothing happens. I spent a whole day with Acumatica support trying to figure out what the problem is. I tried browsers Chrome, Edge and Opera. Then I installed Firefox, and Kaspersky Password Manager starts raising a series of dialogs asking me to save info into it. I uninstalled PM and rebooted Windows. After that, everything was fine.

Brave is a browser known for quite some time now and it is built on chromium i cannot understand why it hasnt been supoorted yet .

I have KTS. My subscription shows I have over 400 days remaining. When I logged into KPM on my iPhone yesterday, somehow it no longer was the full version. It indicated I was using the free version. It was working fine the day before. I checked My Kaspersky and the iPhone device was no longer listed. Fortunately I was able to uninstall KPM on my iPhone, login to My Kaspersky on my iPhone, added my device and downloaded and installed a clean version of KPM. It installed successfully and synchronized with my KPM vault. All is working fine now. Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms?

I’ve been updating my passwords to get away from a few duplicates I use. So I’ve used the Password Generator (works nicely) to generate unique passwords over the past couple of days. However, when I select the Refresh button, some of the entries still come up as the OLD passwords I was using (when I click on “Show”), and therefore still appear as “Compromised Password”, even though the NEW passwords I generated auto-fill correctly when I log into those sites. Any suggestions, please?

I recently had one computer fixed and purchased another. The tech installed Google Brave as the browser on both. It appears that neither the Safe Money nor the Password Manager work with this new browser. In order for them to function they open Google Chrome. Has anyone in the community had this experience? Does anyone know if Kaspersky is working on making these features functional on Brave?

I have just renewed my Total Security subscription and it is valid for another 352 days. Now my Password Manager is set to ‘Free Version’. I thought the Premium version of P.M. comes with Total Security. Has this changed?

Is there a way to get two websites listed under a single entry, as I have a few websites which use the same credentials as your main login say for a community page and a store page, but they are essentially the same thing just different websites, however Kaspersky is telling me my password is weak (The password is not weak, I created it with the manager) because it is used elsewhere - which just isn’t the case. for example: https://steamcommunity.com & https://store.steampowered.com I have it also where I have an Application installed and the website for the application, it tells me it is weak because there are two entries. I have always used the virtual keyboard to enter the master password on Password Manager but now it won’t enter anything. Do I need to use the VK or can I use my actual PC keyboard? The VK works everywhere else. I’ve been trying for days to get into P manager to access sensitive accounts but have no success. I’m worried about using the PC keyboard because of keyloggers.

Hello, I have been using KPM for years now for a mix of private and work related passwords, this all works fine. But now my wife and daughter als have a KPM account to safeguard their passwords, this also works great. But here comes the issue. How do we switch between our separate KPM accounts on our livingroom computer at our home because it now only shows a logon screen for my wife's account and i can't change that.

I have been using my password manager for years. Until just recently ( few days ago) I have been receiveing alerts from my Password Manager that I have several weak passwords. All of my passwords use the maximum amount of numbers, letters, and special characters, that are allowed by the site rules. Why then ….after years of never having weak passwords, all of a sudden the next day I have a slew of “weak” passwords ????????

Does the password vault gets stored some where in the cloud, or do I have to make a backup of the vault until I eventually renew my license
