Hello, My Kapersky icon is not appearing in the taskbar. I see the icon with the lock for the secure connection, but the (usually) green icon for Kapersky is greyed out. I logged onto My Kapersky & my destop is still shown but seems to be looping and trying to “examine” the PC. Apparently I need to update the DB, but when I click the button, after a while it comes back with the message that the command could not be sent & I should try again later. I am not able to use Safe Money either. I seems to be a connection problem, but the traffic volume is still being monitored. How can I activate the icon & access the dashboard again? Hi Can Kaspersky scan zipped files before unzipping them to check there are no viruses or malware?

After installing, the internet speed is clearly squeezed, normally my download speed is 100 Mbps, after installed kaspersky the download speed is limited to 20-25 Mbps, that is only 3 MB / s. It's funny that I download any file under 100mb, the speed is 10-11MB/s, and when I download files larger than 100MB, it automatically squeezes down to 3MB/s, including Steam or IDM, some co-op games just stfu and can't connect to the host. So is there any fix for this ******** software ? How to disable this idiot internet download limiter to make my internet speed work like what i pay it for ????

While on my desktop everything is fine, the installation on my notebook is driving me crazy. Hello, It started around two weeks ago, option to bypass "Connection not protected" - "I understand the risks and wish to continue", when using a self-signed certificate was gone. I used the option and 10 minutes later i wanted to use the option to bypass again and it was not there anymore. So i talked to the support and they told me to upgrade vom KIS 19.xx to 20.xxx . Hello, I’ve been to a site that Kaspersky warned me about not having valid SSL cert. I still went to that site, but right after that left it. I didn’t log in or send any information there, just left it without doing anything. Am I safe?

So I ran like 3 full scans already as there was a Trojan vierus which was removed by KIS (and eveything is up-to-date) but looking at the report there is a notification that an OBJECT has NOT been processed (Pls see screenshots). My Tinkercad with a lot of 3D designs will not load the designs anymore to the edit page. I start the Thinkercad and can click on “Thinker This” for one of my 3d objects (open and edit a design) but then I get the loading page for a endless time. I did read about the problem that looks like mine where I have put www.tinkercad.com/ in to the Mananage Exclusions but this dit not work. System is Win10 with Kis, the same works well on my andoid phone. Can anyone please help me?

Today I installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2020 and noticed that Parental Control is no longer available. Instead of Parental Control, Safe Kids is shown and needs to be downloaded separate. Furthermore, a separate licence is required for it. Please help me.

I’ve been using KIS for many years, but recently I moved to Windows 10 in a new PC. I installed KIS2019, however I have constant warnings from KIS every time I try to install completely safe programs. I get multiple warnings about programs “attempting to create embedded keys or parameters” for almost everything. This never happened before. I have to “Allow now” many pop up windows and it’s very annoying and time-consuming. I’m not talking about anything strange. I even got a message yesterday after a Steam update. There was a program I always use and I had to “Allow now” around 20 different pop-ups just to install it. I haven’t changed any settings, KIS works on default. …

In Brazil we are having a problem due to bandits asking for the phone password on a robbery to later add a new fingerprint on the phone and access bank apps. I did a test and Dashlane and Samsung Pay did ask for a written password when a new fingerprint was added on my phone, but Kaspersky did not, it accepted the recently added fingerprint. I was considering using the “Kaspersky lock apps” on my financial apps but, this test let me down. Is there any ticket on this behavior?
