Hi, Kaspersky version : kav21.1.15.500en_26175.exe Windows 10 home. I tried installing kaspersky internet security on my Windows 10 OS, but its failing every time I try installing. I have tried kaspersky cleaner tool and virus tool, still its not working. I even tried offline installation of kaspersky but it keeps on failing. Hello, Since kaspersky is slowing down my computer so much I want to request a refund. But non of the forms or articles is working and it seems to be unable to request it. If I try digital river form it just sais my information is wrong (I have the order number but can’t request a new password) and if I try to contact support it doesn’t even list a country in the range of 1500km within my country so I don’t know what to select. It’s getting VERY frustrating. Could someone please help me

Hi, I’m unsure if I’m the only one who cannot access the kaspersky website at this time. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Recently I have been having extreme difficulty establishing a server connection playing Survive the nights on steam, sometimes I connect and play for a short while before it drops and other times it drops just after connection and does this repeatedly. Are there some settings that I can double check? I have reloaded the game many times, rebooted the router, verified the game files etc…..

I gave been having this problem for a long time kaspesky internet security just wont install it just gives me Application installation error- I have even completely rebooted the laptop with erasing the drives and a new copy of the windows also was installed when i reseted the laptop completely just a few days back and kaspersky refuses to install i saw other forums of people who have the same problem and i found out that i need to submit an GSI report too so here it is-(in attachments) I would appreciate it if some could help me.Thank you.

At startup I found my Kaspersky Internet Security 2019 was not launching even though it was set to do so. Please advise how I can check why and to make this happen.

I am a German using the English(USA, INTERNATIONAL) Keyboardlayout. So for my language i need to write the big letter Ö (by pressing “shift + alt gr + P”. But thanks to KIS it opens the keyboard overlay. After i found the setting to deactivate it, it still doesn’t work. It wont open the screen keyboard but it wont allow me to write the letter either. When i close Kaspersky through the taskmanager however my shortcut works… Please help

I am having a hard time getting into a chat room on slack.com specificaly libation.slack After recently changing my password on the website, it refuses to let me in stating that either e mail address, or password are incorrect. I have gone onto Chrome and deleted all slack history for the last couple months and still cannot get in. Recently going back in with everything cleared out, entered e mail address and as I was hovering over password Kaspersky popped up. I believe Kaspersky maybe using old information

I looked up how to stop my renewal but none of them is right. I cant find my order number nor is there a button to manage my license in my kaspersky page There is suppose to be a mange license button where the red circle is, according to my research. I really need to cancel my renewal, this has been burning a hole in my pocket for years now.

Hi, I installed Kaspersky Internet security. Application version is 21.3.10.391 (b). I did a full scan. In the “Report” section it only shows the name of password protected file name, not all the file name it scanned. Is this intended? If so where can I found all the file name it scanned? I am using Windows 10 20H2.

Basically since I installed KIS 2020 I was unable to upgrade OS on my MacBook After lots of googling and some trial and error I note that the issue is with SSL connection checker BUT unlike on Windows and earlier versions you cannot turn this off on KIS 2020? The only way I can check for OS updates is to disable web antivirus This does not seem safe. How do I resolve this please and turn off the SSL Connection checker or otherwise resolve?

Users are recommended to uninstall AV programs before updating a Windows 10 Insider build. I have two machines in the fast ring running build 19002.0002. On one of these I leave Kaspersky Internet running and over the last five builds Kasperky has not caused any problems.

Cannot install mentioned. Driver issue is coming…. it is telling that it cannot install ……….exe driver. My system is up-to-date, BTW.

I frequently get a Kaspersky notification that an ‘Application restart is required’ to complete a database update. Every time I check the “remember answer” box, which I assume is intended to allow KIS to restart without my prompting but the notification continues to show every time databases are updated. If I enable uninstallation protection, kaspersky blocks removing attempts, so basically it's safe and protected against thefts. But when I revoke permissions it needs, access to cam & location, no pin code is required so antitheft becomes half-useless once I can't send locate or photo commands. Is there way to protect permissions I granted as well?

Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus - Android 12. All apps up to date, fingerprint unlock on phone works properly. In the app, when I try to unlock a locked app the fingerprint scanner doesn’t work correctly. Instead of unlocking it enters an unknown digit/character in the PIN number field. Obviously this doesn’t match the PIN that is set. Are there are bugs with Android 12, or Samsung Galaxy phones that can explain this?

HI, I just reinstalled KIS on my PC and it said database was extremely out of date but it didn't update itself automatically. The version that was installed was 21.3.10.391(h) downlaoded from kaspersky.co.in I had to manually press on update to let it update itself to the new (i) version. I have a 24x7 online ftth internet with 150Mbps speed. So is this a normal occurence?

After installing and enabling the Chrome Extension, I find that a couple Atlassian pages do not function correctly anymore: Viewing an issue using the ‘new view’ in Jira Adding a Helpdesk entry in the helpdesk portalI tried several things, including disabling ad-blocker, and disabling Kapersky protection, and clearing all Internet Data from Chrome - nothing worked After I disabled the Chrome Extension, and now all works as before. I would really like to use the Chrome Extension, but obviously cannot if it causes issues like this. Can you please let me know if you are able to replicate this on an Atlassian account? When I click on a news story that has/is a video it doesn’t play. If I Pause Protection, it does play and these news videos all have a lead in advertisement. I’m not certain which option in KIS to disable. I’ll suffer thru the Ads to see the video. Would someone advise which setting needs to be changes? Thanks - Lance
