This one has been the most frequent one. Every time thunderbird is started, errors about unauthorized domains arise. Thus asking for permission to allow mail of custom domains. Although there were attempts to add the domain as an exception, it didn't work out. Why does it pop up ?

So somone took over "my kaspersky" account. They changed my email address to theirs and now I lost my account. I obviously didn't authorize this. What can I do? I sent an email request to kaspersky but its very difficult to get a real person to help. What should I do?

How do i add an exception for my self hosted, self signed certificated webpages? Its annoying to keep having to press twice the button to continue to navigate before getting to the actual page

Hi, I have windows 10 (64 bit) and my kaspersky version is 21.3.10.391 (f). Recently I have encountered a web antivirus event in which accessing a malicious website via svchost.exe is denied. My problem is that this prevention happens often and kaspersky notifies me every time which both worries and annoys me. Is there a solution to this problem? Thanks

My software is :- Windows 10 Home x64 Build 19042. Chrome Version 90.0.4430.93. Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3.10.391 (b) Kaspersky Protection Extension 1.5.13.0 On the Chrome status bar there is a green icon showing that the Kaspersky Protection extension is active. However, with just about every restart of Windows I receive a notification from Kaspersky, recommending me to install the extension. Is this likely to be a spurious warning, or is the extension really inactive?

Today I uninstalled KIS 2017 and installed 2019 afterwards while keeping program settings etc, but Firefox still displays what probably is a broken link to the previous plugin. When I click on it it displays a message almost identical to this, it only lacks the part about the typing errors, maybe due to changes in FF, it's from an old post. KIS main page on my Lenovo P11 tablet is yellow and tells me that I have 1 issue. It says that I should turn off USB debugging or there will be a security risk if I connect a USB cable between my tablet and a computer. I have looked everywhere to find a switch/button to do this. Can anybody help please?

I'm just a skeptical noob, anyways what happenes is that i went to google and searched for: "Embassy of bosnia in Madrid" then i clicked on the link (Shown in picture), and it did sent me to this link starbuck.xyz/tjWk32 that has no connection to the original, and the link doesn't work when i looked up that link on virustotal, it said it is a malicious. ***** the weird thing is if i typed the original link i wanted to visit which is " http://embajadabh.es/ " it works just fine, but when i googled it first and clicked on it, it sent me to the malicious one. Please any insights!

When Kaspersky Internet Security is enabled, all applications except for my browser and email client break (they either notify the lack of an internet connection or keep “running into trouble” – e.g. MS Teams). Any hints? Honestly, the setup is very poor, it should guide through such setup.

I have a little question, I bought few days ago the KIS for windows and KIS for android and I entered the two keys into my kaspersky account, when these keys will expire, will disappeared from “my licenses” on my kaspersky completely or will they look like expired ?? Today, 08/03, my free Kaspersky (version 21.3.10.391) antivirus detected one single network attack named by “Scan.Generic.PortScan.UDP” and blocked him. I already read some topics in the community and some posts in the Reddit about it, but i can not take a conclusion and i am insecurity about this problem. I have seen some problem like mine happening with other peoples since one year ago, some really blocking attacks, among other thing more and less serious. However, i am in doubt about this problem. Can someone please help me?
