Kaspersky Internet Security

After my KIS20 updated to patch (j) I can’t access some sites. The websites keeps trying to load ‘me.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com’ and in general my browser is slow. When I disable KIS20 everything is back to normal. I’m on Windows 10 using Edge Chromium. ///// Moderator update: press Shift+F5 while at the site as a workaround to this issue

Hi ! Si I did a some research before coming here but I'm a bit stuck as my problem seems to be precisely in between everything I saw. Couple of days ago, I had two warning: - One from Windows Defender in the Device Security panel that brought me to Core Isolation. Memory Integrity was on and there was not a lot of thing I can do. When I try to do a full scan using Kaspersky Internet Security on my MacBook Pro (2017) with the latest Catalina installed it stays at 1% for hours on end. Is this normal? I also have Carbon Copy Cloner installed on an external drive and when it does its daily backup of my system I keep getting the following error. See attached screenshot. I am running Windows 10 Pro Build 1903 & KIS 2019. I have all access to the webcam blocked so no unauthorized spying can occur but I have Zoom authorized to use the webcam using application control. However, I have to start using Google Meet but I’m unsure how to allow it. Zoom is its own program so that was easy to allow but Google Meet is a URL accessed through Chrome. Any recommendations on how to continue restricting Chrome access to the webcam but allowing Google Meet? Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Kind Regards, Dennis

How can I change the language from Portuguese (PT) to English (ENG) in the Kaspersky Internet Security app on my laptop (Windows 10)? I tried to search a bit in the forum and the suggested fix was to click shift + F12, but this doesn't seem to work on my laptop, instead that messed up the keyboard output.. I am doing photo editing in multiple photo editing programs at once. I have experienced that all the browsers and all applications crashes while full scan is running. Therefore, i have to quit the KIS to work with my applications. Is this a bug in the system? I haven't experienced this much crashing in previous KIS systems.

Here we go again ! Previously this happened when following links in emails - this seems to have been fixed - now it’s happening when going from bookmarks. I don’t believe there is anything dangerous about the site madeiracablecar.com. What I do know is that ontales.com is a company in Madeira operating tourist activities so it is more than likely that it runs or even owns the cable car, or maybe they just manage the website. So again we seem to have a case of KIS being over-zealous and just a nuisance. Please don’t tell me again that this certificate is illegal when there is a clear connection to the owner. Maybe KIS needs to better understand how companies work in Europe…

Hello, After having installed KIS2021, I now can’t sign out of Youtube when using Firefox. Edge Chromium and Chrome appear to have no issues. Also, I can’t add a video to a playlist using the plus sign under video window: nothing happens when clicking the “plus sign”. Also, I can’t add a video to a playlist when hovering mouse pointer over video preview tile and over the Watch Later icon : A dialog box opens instead and asks to sign in when it appears I am already signed in. Update from KIS 2019 to KIS 2020 (US English Version) went flawlessly and kept all my settings from KIS 2019 without any issues as KIS 2020 installed directly over KIS 2019. :wink:

My subscription was for years been taken care by 2Checkout and had no problems. I tried updating my subscription and for the first time I'm only being allowed to pay Nexway. I updated and paid the subscription, and haven't received a single confirmation. I think some kind of massive scam is going on with Kaspersky/Nexway and they first charge the customer, then upon receiving the payment disappear. Zero customer support replies from Nexway. All evidence available and I will be filing a report for 2Checkout/Nexway

I can't download any files on my new computer via Google Chrome to a network drive. Each time I try, I get "Virus Scan Failed". Only Chrome is affected, and only network drives. If I turn off File Anti-Virus in Kaspersky, I can download no problem. I have the scope set in File Anti-Virus to not check network drives, but it seems it's doing this anyway. Anyone have any idea where to look from here? I used the same program on my old computer, downloaded to the same location, and it always worked, I never had to make changes to it.

Hello Kaspersky User Grouo, today I installed MacOS Cataline 10.15 on my iMac and it seems to me that my Kaspersky Internet Security does have a problem with it. The problems are the following: Is there any working fix or do I need to wait or what is the best to do now. My Mac is now without security and to wait in this situation is not a good idea. Hello, I had been experiencing stuttering audio issue since I had upgrade my internet connection to a 100 Mbps Fiber Connection a few weeks ago. I was using a wireless 4G Mobile Network through a 4G router before which only had a download and upload speed of 23+ Mbps. I found out that it was Kaspersky Internet Security causing the stuttering issue when there is a high internet usage after searching a lot on google. At first I thought it was the Ethernet LAN driver so I had tried upgrading and downgrading the driver version but none of them helped. I recently installed KIS on my Macbook Air 2017 running on macOS Mojave 10.14.6. My problem's very simple, however, it's causing a lot of problems. First of all, it's stuck on a window saying that KIS is starting. It's been running on this start screen for quite awhile now and I can't see any progress in its loading. I tried closing and opening it again a few times and the problem is still the same. I also can't press anything. Another problem I have is Google Earth can't seem to connect to its servers because of Kaspersky, among other applications that it also hinders. It appears to show Any help with this regards will be very appreciated.

I have Kaspersky Internet Security, and every website I go on it has kaspersky-labs.com (ff.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com), I’m guessing it’s to do with the web antivirus but I’m not sure. My extension (Ublock Origin) blocks kaspersky-labs.com but the web anti virus still seems to block malicious websites. So what is ff.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com? And what will happen if I keep it blocked?

This has only just started happening with a couple of websites I regularly visit and would like to know whether this is a security or privacy feature of Kaspersky causing this? Ever since Windows Store was udpated to its Win11 equivalent with a bunch of updates for pre-installed apps, this component of desktop app installer gets categorized as restricted because its signature can’t be verified. I’m apparently not the only one with this issue because every version of this file released since is classed 100% restricted at the KSN. Is this issue at Microsoft’s end or Kaspersky’s? KIS 21.3.10.391(g), Windows 10.
