So uninstalling "Internet security" 21.3.10.391 to re install "Standard". All went well on first two laptops, windows 11 standard "add/remove" worked as it should, installed Standard as expected, all good. Third desktop office PC left till last (as most important) ran windows uninstaller, stuck with green bar at 100%. waited one hour, then clicked "cancel" and tried to "restart". No go, so forced shup down via power button, started with no issue. however, most of Internet security still installed/present. online chat with Kaspersky support, download and run kavremover tool in "safe mode". Auto "product detect" does not find what's left of installation, so p…

Note: I rooted my device. For some reason, my tablet has been turning off without warning or shutting down at weird battery percentages (when it shut down at 83% it now showed off 38%, or even it shut down at 80% and it showed off 0%, not sure if it's a battery issue or the Trojan Is eating up battery, or it even remains at 100% for a long time and then shuts down to 0%).

We are Seafile’s (www.seafile.com) support partner in Europe. Multiple customers have reported conflicts between Seafile’s Drive Client and Kaspersky AV products (Antivirus, Internet Security, Endpoint Security) to us over the course of the last 6 months. The most common symptoms are: Drive client is slow Computer does not respond when opening office files from the drive client’s virutal drive Office crashes when opening office files from the drive client’s virtual drive We have tried various things. The only one thing that removes problems with the drive client is the uninstallation of the Kaspersky product. Adding the drive client to the trusted programms helps somtim…

Good Morning. Sorry for my grammar and english errors as I'm using a translator Today I'm facing a new problem. The connection to "My Kaspersky" dropped on my KIS 2020 (20.0.14.1085, patch d). I uninstalled and installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2020 and in the new update it could not connect (I have a license for another 210 days). I reset the connection again and the result is an unknown device. I reset the Internet options according to the knowledge article and nothing has changed. My operating system is Windows 10 Home 1903 (OS Build 18362.387). Thanks for any help.

Hello everyone, I have been a long-term user of Kaspersky. I have noticed a few unpleasant issues with Kaspersky since older versions and they have persisted in the latest versions The issue is about caching mechanism of Kaspersky: As soon as I open a folder, full of exe files, Kaspersky scans all files and caches them This process takes a bit of time and consumes a considerable amount of computer resources (CPU & disk IO) The second time I open the folder, files are not scanned again However, after I reboot the computer, the caches seem to be wiped and the files are scanned again after I open my folder This issue doesn’t happen if I do a Hybrid sh…

Hi. I am using Kaspersky Antivirus from many years and before almost year switched to Kaspersky Internet security to my main PC. But that will be the last time I pay to Kaspersky and here is why. I upgraded my CPU and it has problems with Windows 8.1, caused by windows updates - reddish colours… so I made a clean install and blocked updates. After I put Kaspersky it automatically turned them on without asking so I almost lost few hours of instalations… Spent a lot of time to block them… and to make a clean image of the OS.Kaspersky is recognizing some applications as risk and I ignored them. Today it updates itself to the newest version and again put them as risk and…

OS = Windows 10 21H2 (OS build 19044.1586) Kaspersky product = Kaspersky Internet Security version 21.3.10.391(h) After the last application update I continue to get this warning (and a similar message in a tooltip on the system tray icon) despite many, many evening shutdowns and morning restarts since the update. Version shown in the tooltip and in the popup after clicking the Support icon both show the above version. How can I be rid of this annoyance?

My Kaspersky extension got removed from my Brave (browser). Can anyone tell me how to re-install the extension back into Brave? Another issue I am having since the last few Windows 10 updates is that Brave is taking literally 5 minutes to load. Once clicked, nothing happens for 5 minutes then ‘presto’ it pops open. I am assuming this is some compatibility issue with Kaspersky. Any thoughts?

Kaspersky Anti-virus version: 21.3.10.391 (j), Windows 10 version: Home 19045.2251 Text translated into English, so it may be a little different from what appears in the English version of Kasperky Anti-Virus As shown in the picture below, the anti-virus is detecting a file (Oinstall.exe) as malicious. I already put the file as "trusted application" and as "exclusion" but the anti-virus continues to detect and generate the photo message. What can I do to make him stop asking me?

I have Kaspersky installed on my Macbook (OS Catalina 10.15.3). It won’t allow me to use commands such as npm/npx or push/pull from github. It’s very frustrating, and works fine when I close the Kaspersky app. I can’t see anything in the settings that would allow me to change this. Can anyone shed light on how to fix this issue as I don’t want to disable Kaspersky every time I run one of these commands (which is frequently). Thanks!

Hi Guys, I use burpsuite to intercept my packets, when ever I turn on my burpsuite’s proxy and try to intercept the packets I get an error message from my kaspersky antivirus (image attached below). If I turn off my burpsuite’s proxy to default system proxy setting I’m able to browse the internet. Is there any solution other than disabling my antivirus while I’m intercepting? If there is any please do share it with me. Thanks in advance! Cheers :)
