Hi! I don't recognize a computer listed in myksapersky website in which my Kaspersky licence is being used. Is there a way I can un-authorize that?

Hello, I have this radio that I’ve downloaded the latest firmware to. When scanning for viruses one of the files, D878UV_Setup_1.17.exe is reported to contain WORM.WIN32.WBVB I’ve asked on relevant forums if anyone else finds this malicious object in the downloaded firmware, but it is only me. I’ve also tried to upload the file to Kaspersky VirusDesk (https://virusdesk.kaspersky.com/) and VirusTotal (https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload) Both of these reports the file to be clean, so why does my KIS quarantine it? I’m going to update KIS 2019 to v. 2020 (hoping it’s solved the bug about firewall rules and the impossibility to add new apps to subgroups) but I’m not so sure that the exported config file from 2019 (*.cfg) will be accepted by 2020 version keeping unchanged my (many) settings. When using Safe Money, opening saved Web links always defaults to Internet Explorer. Is there any way to make the Protected Browser open up in another browser, for example Edge? Hello, I originally had KIS installed before and there was no issue, but after the last windows 10 update, KIS kept telling me I needed to reinstall as a recommendation since some components were not working properly. After that I uninstalled then reinstalled, but after that my audio stopped working completely “no output device is enabled” I tried using my headphones but it’s also still the same and I can’t even troubleshoot since it tells me that there is a problem preventing the troubleshoot from starting. How can I fix this?

After Google adding favicons to search results, in Firefox and in Edge Chromium that just released officially recently, Kasperksy logo doesn’t show up. Any idea? Thanks.

One of my four devices does not show up on My Kaspersky. The separate licence I bought for it and activated on that Android device is shown on My Kaspersky as not having a device connected. This means that I am unable to use the anti-theft features for which I have paid. I have tried re-installing KIS various ways without success.

Hi. Android 9.0 with latest Kasperski app and TextNow installed from Play Store. I can't see TextNow in my list of apps when I open AppLock (which I LOVE as one of your features!) I have uninstalled and reinstalled both TextNow and Kasperski with no change in behavior in AppLock. Please help!

Hi, I am new to the Kis on Mac, before I used Kis on windows, everything was okey. But I just move to Macos and and I realize the Kis doesn’t show the small icon which show the link status next to links in Safari. I am running Catalina, the version of Kis is 20.0.0.829b and successfully enable the extension in Safari, the setting of Kis also confirm this. I also tried to disable and enable the URL Advisor both in the Kis extension icon on Safari toolbar and in the setting but the problem is still persists.

Reg. Kaspersky Internet Security installation failure | I have bought Kaspersky Internet Security and try to install it on my iMac but I am getting an error message “the installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail, contact the software manufacturer for assistance”. As of 01-12-20 we have been recieving a large # of laptops that will not turn on. Most of these I can just perform a hard reset on by removing the battery holding the power button for 30 sec’s and then booting up. Although even after this is done, they are returning with the same issues. After I have reset each system I perform all Microsoft updates and all of the updates listed by the manufacturer, Including the firmware. I was just wondering if anyone else is seeing this issue. and if there is a cure.

Yesterday 14 January 2020 the operating system of the PC Windows 7 ultimate Service Pack 1 expired, since I didn't want to buy a new PC for the moment and not even buy Windows 10 which until recently gave free and which is now paid, you I ask, since for version 7 no more updates are released, they tell me, you think (as microsoft tells me) that the PC will be more subjected to cyber attacks, or having kaspersky internet security and as a browser Mozilla Firefox always up to date, am I protected anyway or am I more at risk without windows updates…

I am having the same issue with Groupme.com. I can get to the site, but cannot log in (Error message “Threat of data loss” I have added the domain as stated above but that did not fix the issue.

Hello. I recently received a lot notifications “suspicious action was blocker”. It showed my Pc memory from other processes. There are notifications these I got. Suspicious action was blocked Action Read memory from other processes Application Host Process Windows Services or Windows Explorer Application path C:\Windows\System32\schost.exe or C:\Windows\explorer.exe I just want to ask. Is it a normal situation??

My Tinkercad with a lot of 3D designs will not load the designs anymore to the edit page. I start the Thinkercad and can click on “Thinker This” for one of my 3d objects (open and edit a design) but then I get the loading page for a endless time. I did read about the problem that looks like mine where I have put www.tinkercad.com/ in to the Mananage Exclusions but this dit not work. System is Win10 with Kis, the same works well on my andoid phone. Can anyone please help me?

Anyone successfully using Prompt after call, block the number immediately after the call? Prompt after call is enabled. I’m able to manually add unwanted numbers, however, these have to first be (manually) added as a Contact, then (manually) added to the KIS Blacklist🤔 2 Androids: 4.4 & 7.1.1, both have been (factory) reset and KIS reinstalled. Nothing other than “as shipped” apps (+KIS & KSK), root access not granted. After the Call Filter changes March 2019, the “new” Blacklist, automatic Call Filter feature, seems not to be working….😕 KIS licensed. Thank you🙏

I’m using Kaspersky Internet Security 20.0.14.1085 (g) with Windows 10 I’m wondering if there is a feature for KIS Firewall such as “ Ask To Connect “ feature as it implemented such in Norton Internet Security or Glasswire application. What i actually need is when a application attempt to make internet connection the firewall will popup a simple question whether to allow or block connection, and then re-popup again if the software has been updated and want to make another new connection.
