Since I bought Kaspersky Internet Protection, all of my screenshots are black, even for pages that have no confidential information. How do I fix this?

Hello, I have this problem I offered access at my device-laptop to Kaspersky, but I didn't know that means access like administration's rights, now I don't have available my right of administration. I have all the firewall of, internet access denied and after that to solve this situation I made uninstall the program.... how could I solve this issue? Without internet, without network access and restricted like admin? Kaspersky is the administrator now

Does it use Kasperskys activation servers or the management security center server deployed on the customer side? We’re worried about sending out our commercial license key code to people that are working from home; if that code was to be shared could anyone use it? Or would it specifically look for our server to authenticate and activate

My KIS for Mac 2020 has been blocking my wifi connection from time to time. After I reconnect the wifi on my Mac, it will soon been disconnected again, and need me to manually reconnect again. Is caused by KIS firewall? How to fix it? Thanks.

Hello Ever since 7th March 2020 I’ve had notifications from Kaspersky Web Anti-virus for a dangerous URL blocked, sometimes as frequently as every 10/15 mins. The URL blocked is always the same, with the exception of the alphanumeric extension at the end. Per my screenshot below, Kaspersky claims that the application generating the alert is Apple Push - but I never had any previous issues with this, only as of 7th March.. Does anyone have any ideas/insight please?

In the past few days I find that I am unable to view YouTube videos that are embedded in website pages. (I can view YouTube direct from their website, although not edit videos). This is a new problem as all was working fine earlier in the week. The still image of the video appears, but when I try to run it I get the following message: Further testing shows that when I turn off my KIS the video runs OK. Strangely whilst I have this problem using Firefox and Internet Explorer, it does not seem to affect Chrome. When I build and run my project while KIS is on, I get the message that the app can’t run because access is denied. Subsequent builds fail because file access to the output folder is denied. Kaspersky claims that it is a backdoor. How do I stop this? I’m just running tutorials from a book.

Hello, With my work I usually enter websites with authentication with certificates. I use KIS, and my problem is, that I cant login to the websites when KIS is running. I tried to pause the protection, but that doesn’t help. It only help when I close the application. Hello, I wanted to download an evaluation version of a software (legitimate editor website) but when I clicked the “Download” button (link to the file), I was surprised that Kaspersky blocked it (Internet AV, cloud protection, reason : dangerous address) so I couldn’t proceed but that’s ok. I registered myself with as DELETED my name and mail id DELETED as I made an online payment 31/03/2020 12:39 wherein my bank account got debited with the above amount. I didn't receive any confirmation message nor any activation coded. It just displayed a page saying payment not received redirecting to payment gateway. I'm just helpless now. I have a problem on my Mac. For a few days now I have this file as a browser in Google Chrome "lkysearchds1283-a.akamaihd.net" I have passed the Kaspersky antivirus completely a few times and it does not erase it. Does anyone know how I can delete it?

Hi, I have had to wipe my Entire HOME network a number of times I am an Individual, I am NOT a business. I am close to losing my Family Pictures and home videos 50+ years Hidden FAT32 partitions are appearing on all my connected hardware. When I open the Windows Explorer page (Win10 64 bit) i see a couple of Chinese named files as follows. However when I open the path, I cannot see any such file and even after performing a virus scan, there was no sign of any virus etc. Can anyone help me with this? These strange files

I own an LG G8 Thin Q Smartphone. it comes with Google Chrome as Its default search engine. Kaspersky Internet security for Androids does not recognize Google Chrome as my default browser. Every time that I enter Internet security, it gives me a message to change it to Chrome.

I purchased K.I.S. and I noticed that when Additional/Additional option: “Use hardware virtualization if available” is enabled, whenever I open a Protected Browser (in my case Chrome) copy/paste stops working on all the other open applications, be it Microsoft Office (how come is not trusted by default?), OneNote, Edge, Notepad, etc. I have to close the Protected Browser to restore normal copy/paste functionality to the entire system! I can’t understand why isn’t copy/paste blocked only from/to Protected Browser, and instead stops working for the entire system creating a lot of hassle. Can you please resolve this situation? Hi, I’ve downloaded trial installation file of KIS for Windows (PC) version from here https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/thank-you/internet-security-free-trial#download but every time I download it is different file i.e. different md5 and sha-1 and sha-256 hashes of each file. I’ve downloaded 3 times and 3 times different hashes. Is it normal and safe? Plus I use Firefox browser and I had to disable its advanced tracking protection to start downloading of these files.
