when entering password to KIS2019 application, the language switch hotkey (left alt+shift) does not work. is it a kind of safe keyboard handling? is it possible to make language switch hotkey working?

When I enable parental control for my daughter, youtube access is blocked by browser with HSTS error, even when I disable any internet/web browsing control for her. https://www.seamonkey-browser.org/ works w/o problems, but not youtube. The only way to enable youtube is to disable parental control and reboot the computer. the web anti-virus is disabled, like safe money. is it possible to enable parental control without web access being crippled? windows 7, KIS 19.0.0.1088 (d)

Забыл пароль от программы "Kaspersky Internet Security", из-за этого не могу продлить уже купленную лицензию, удалить программу или хотя бы как-то изменить/сбросить пароль, изменить что-то в настройках так как для всех вышеперечисленных действий нужен пароль. Как его изменить/сбросить?

I have a CAC reader on my computer and I would go to https://web-mont02.mail.mil/owa/ it would ask for my pin and I would enter it a couple times and then go on about my business but after installing Kaspersky, I can no longer access DOD websites. does anyone know what settings I need to change to get this to work again?

Also, in addition to Berny above, Hello, Windows 10 64bit. New SSD install. Before installing KIS my Xfinity internet speed using their testing tool http://speedtest.xfinity.com was great exactly what I was paying 900 Mbit down and 35Mbit upload. After I installed KIS my speed is around 250Mbit down and 35Mbit upload. Called and spoke with Xfinity support and everything is ok on their end and said issue is with KIS.

I have a pop up that seems to defy removal. the address associated with it is www.mapsnow.co - I cannot seem t get rid of it. Plenty of offers to remove it for a fee upon searching for the resolution, but not much for the do it yourselfer. Any suggestions on how to get rid of or block this annoying popup? Kaspersky had a " click on object to report" tool somewhere in my setup, but I cannot locate it again. I am open to about any tools/ suggestions,

I note that ESET security software has an anti-virus function for Windows devices as well as Android devices. I'm not sure if any other anti-virus suites have a similar feature but would that not be a good feature to add to Kaspersky products for added peace of mind?

I hope to add the "Advanced Cleanup" description inside the application, because this feature will cause the system to report an error, but Kaspersky does not make any explanation inside the application. This will cause some users to think that their system has been damaged and caused an error.

Would have been nice to have a bit more explanation as to what's going on! But that's progress, I guess. I'll just see where this post lands!!
