Please can you tell me if it ok to Delete all my trusted applications in the manage application area. I have some I keep UNTRUSTED and will keep them blocked. The TRUSTED ones are safe and I just want to make the list smaller to manage. Thank you

Object type: Trojan Program I never got this from my previous internet security from this game i play all the time so i just wanna know if this is a false positive or it's actually a real virus or something?? I purchased kaspersky internet security and on installing on my windows 10 pc, the setup file does not opens. I tried downloading the KIS from from many different websites, the result is same, "The setup file simply does not opens" the system dose not even throws any exception. I tried downloading KIS from many different sources but the result is same. Hi guys. I am running KIS 2019 on my Dell XPS15 Windows 10 64 bit laptop. Recently, KIS red-flagged to inform a trojan had been detected at the following location, C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\34270ECE-2DBB-F39F-B25B-462083AC4FDF\Hamelab.dat., and ordered a reboot to remove, which I did. However, upon restarting, the red-flag did not go away and I was ordered to do another reboot. After a couple more restarts, I decided enough was enough. This sucker is not going away that easily. I would like to know if anyone else has faced the same problem. Need help. Thank you.

With KIS 2018 and Windows 7 no problem insert/clikking data on VIRTUAL KEYBOARD (e.g. to insert passwords to control keyloggers) via TOUCHSCREEN. But with KIS 2019 and Windows 10 that seems no more possible ! But using the old MOUSE (who get it still ?) yes ! It's confirmed this loss of funtionality ? Eventually what the reason ? Giovanni

I recently purchased a new license for kaspersky internet security and the license was successfully deployed. the license on the bottom right shows 650 days remaining but the license on the middle-top shows free for 1 computer for 1206 days. and an additional error "free software is installed is shown". Since installing Kaspersky, although I'm in Australia, I can't stream any content from Australian TV , like SBS, as it says I'm 'outside Australia'. What settings have caused this and how would I fix it? ... Thanks for any help!

Greetings, I have Kaspersky Internet Security and I have issues with my email titles in Outlook 2019. Emails that are scanned from Kaspersky are having their titles showing unrecognized letters (?????) whenever there is a Greek letter or a unicode symbol. I have tried looking everywhere for a setting to change encoding of scanning or something like that but I was unable to find any. Can anyone please guide me on how I can resolve this issue? I am doing photo editing in multiple photo editing programs at once. I have experienced that all the browsers and all applications crashes while full scan is running. Therefore, i have to quit the KIS to work with my applications. Is this a bug in the system? I haven't experienced this much crashing in previous KIS systems.

Kapersky says I should Leave this on in the bios, how ever I have found that turning it on Kapersky causes high cpu usage. Turning it off I have noticed better over all performance on my Amd 10 7800 cpu, by the way Kapersky is the only program that uses this feature on my pc. So I am wondering is it safe to leave this feature turned off, and what dangers there really are turning this off as I can not find a good answer online to this question?

I have KIS 19.0.0.1088d installed on my Windows 10 x64 1809 desktop and router forwarding port 22 from WAN to my desktop port 22 (I know its dangerous and I forget to close the port forwarding after I test something earlier this year). I have OpenSSH client/server installed on my Windows 10 (the ones provided by Windows) which allow I ssh connect my desktop from outside. Please please please!!!!!! put Kaspersky Spam back onto the the Microsoft Outlook toolbar. The current setup makes it necessary to enter incorrectly marked emails in Outlook edit mode to remove the incorrect header spam identifier and then to enter Kaspersky setup to modify it to prevent future similar emails being incorrectly marked. I have to do this numerous times a day.

How can I change the language from Portuguese (PT) to English (ENG) in the Kaspersky Internet Security app on my laptop (Windows 10)? I tried to search a bit in the forum and the suggested fix was to click shift + F12, but this doesn't seem to work on my laptop, instead that messed up the keyboard output.. Any help would be highly appreciated.
