Hello, I'm posting here because I cannot find the solution to this error and I have no clue where or why it is popping up. I use on windows 10 KIS 2019: I have now 4 restore points.One restore point growed to 10Gbyte.The other are 1.5 Gbyte (this means also growed) and to other below 1Gbyte (not yet growed). On another PC with KAV 2017 and KAV 2016 I had also the problem of growing size of restore points. Can someone using KIS 2019 check the size of his restore points in dir c:\system volume information with an application like treesize (running as administrator)? Before my C drive was a harddisk so there was not really a problem but now I have an SSD: this means I need to be carefully with volume. Thanks.

Hello all, since I updated my KIS on my smartphone from Google Play this morning, I have a user agreement from Kaspersky that I should accept for collecting & giving away my personal data to his partners (Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer according to Terms section). Looking ahead. When KIS 2020 is released in a month or two, will it offer to install over 2019 or will I have to uninstall 2019 first? Which method will be better and trouble-free?

I had an issue to launch KIS 2019. It keeps "Loading the application" like foreeever. And i tried to uninstall the KIS 2019, and got a message Error 1306. Due to this matter, i'm planning to a downgrade my KIS 2019 to KIS 2017 that is more stable. My question is : How to uninstall KIS 2019 due to this error 1306? How to keep my license and save it for my next KIS 2017? Thank you

KIS 2019 is stopping me from accessing dnsleak.com and may be reponsible for slowing down my vpn as web pages take ages to load and sometimes(often) cutoff. In addition my BT email connection sometimes hangs and sometimes takes ages. web pages sometimes just hang but when I switch KIS off they work fine whether with my VPN or not.

Today, KIS has identified an old application as malicious. It was created in 2016 and was working for a long time without any problems on my computer. Today, KIS has removed the application itself, the application installer, and prohibited the application from being downloaded. How to ignore all of this and install the application back? Dear all, I have been plagued with a blue screen error saying memory management whenever camera is involved. The Windows OS is version 1903 on a Microsoft Surface Book 2 15'' and this only happens in 1903. It will occasionally crash my login page when Windows Hello is activated or when I open my Edge browser as the system host is reported to be using camera or when I use Skype. This is very frustrating. I searched and researched the internet but I couldn't find anything matching the symptom I described. Can anyone help me, please? Hello, I using macOS Mojave 10.14.5 and KIS 19.0.0.294a.b.c.d. It happens very frequently to have the scanning (let it be Quick or Full) hang at the same object com.apple.telemetry. I'm unable to stop the scan too. The only resolution is to restart the machine. This issue was present on High Sierra too. Please advise. Thank you!

Today I uninstalled KIS 2017 and installed 2019 afterwards while keeping program settings etc, but Firefox still displays what probably is a broken link to the previous plugin. When I click on it it displays a message almost identical to this, it only lacks the part about the typing errors, maybe due to changes in FF, it's from an old post. It is really needed? I mean when i run FULL SCAN or SELECTIVE SCAN there also scanning for rootkits.. So daily scan (rootkit scan) is really not needed or?

How do I stop Kaspersky blocking use of the PC webcam for Skype?

I installed the trial version of KIS 3 days ago. The application told me today, the 18th of May, that I needed to reboot in order for the application to finish updating, so I did. When the reboot completed that application told me I had to buy a license to activate it.

KIS 2018 is causing 100% disk usage. I cannot open anything or run other program. When I disabled KIS, the disk usage dropped to 20%. Please help!!

Having installed Nord VPN on a a win10 (64bit) PC I keep getting this every time I start the PC, despite telling Kaspersky to accept it. NordVPN requires the TAP adapter so removal is not an option Any suggestions? Thanks

I want to renew my license but I couldn't because I am having problem entering the activation code after buying another license. The message is enter your password which I couldn't really remember creating and I have tried any other password known to me. I have also tried de installing Kaspersky but this is also impossible. Please what can I do?

I just want to use my activation key i.e "[Key removed]" on other system but when i activate other system then it show you have exceeded maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code. So please reset again that code and allow me to activate that code on other system.

Hi. I purchased 5 licenses for K. Internet Security in Mexico. I want to give one license to my son who is living in London. He tried to download it but a warning message appeared saying, "This activation code is intended for a different region. Please try another activation code". Is there anyway to allow him to downloaded it in London? Thanks.
