After I activated the Anti-Theft portion of Internet Security on my Samsung S7, I had to authorize it to have admin control. Then it wiped my email account from my phone and all of my contacts. I thought that was a feature I could activate remotely IF my phone was lost or stolen. So, what happened? How do I use this feature without having to reset my phone? Thanks for the input.

After several bugs reported by KIS about which I could not correctly start and sent the error logs; removing and installing from scratch KIS over and over again, I found out that Windows reported low disk space C:. Every time I deleted files and uninstalled other programs, the free space was consumed again, leaving me 0 mbytes free. After several hours of trying to figure out what was going on, I realized the intense activity of the KIS processes and services. I have recently purchased a windows 10 laptop so I requested a download for my new computer as I had 3 devices on my account. I've used KIS since about 2014. I assume it's doing a great job, but renewal is usually very messy. This year no different. My KIS 2018 expires this week. I have tried to block "automatic renewal" because I don't want the three-device version (I bought KIS for three devices in 2017 for €39.99, now it costs €93.95). Hello. I have a MacBook Pro with macOS Mojave and I've been having troubles when I want to connect to a Starbucks's public network. I think is because Karspersky is blocking the Pop up window connection. The first time, I tried deleting the network and connecting again but it wasn't works, so I had to leave. I uninstalled Kaspersky and I come back few days after and I could connect. But today I went to another Starbucks with Kaspersky installed and it happened again. I uninstalled the app and erased the cache but it didn't still working. What Can I do? I bought a licensece because I like the app but I don't like that I can't works in publics spaces like Starbucks.

Hi, I am using win10 and was updating to 1903 just now. At 91% kaspersky notification popped up, saying an installer was trying to change my default browser to iexplore.exe. I could choose to allow once, always allow, or always refuse. I currently use google chrome as default browser. There is a missing option here. Where is the refuse once option? I need the refuse Once option. I can't ignore the notification, can't shut it down, and the update can't continue without making a decision. This is a mistake from Kaspersky. Please fix it.

Always uses 15-20% CPU when firstly launching chrome, and browsing feels very slow overally. I even disabled web protection and kaspersky firewall and enabled postpone computer scan tasks when high cpu load. just activated my trial as I want to switch from bitdefender but this is annoying.

Hello. I have 2 PCs in my house, one is mine and one mum's. She caught some kind of adware and while googling advice how to deal with it, my own Kaspersky blocked a dangerous java script. It was weird because it happened on google search page. That script came from domain "fairlotto". To be safe I added it to my router's url keyword blocker. This is where it gets weird.
