Hi, I installed my Kespersy Internet Security on Laptop Lenovo 720. Its screen touch got faulty for which i formatted the laptop to factory setting by restoring it. When i reinstalled the kespersky it is not accepting my license and says the key is already used. I have the activation key as i purchased it and it has 200 days left. Thanks

Upon the update of Windows (1903), I was unable to access website that would trigger the Kaspersky protected browser. Even to the the point that my internet connection seemed blocked or inoperable. I found that disabling and re-enabling the Kaspersky extension restored expected functions. I'm not sure if this is an issue that would warrant a bug report, but maybe other users are experiencing this behavior.

Prompted by Kaspersky's notification I should download an update to Java from their site. But the link takes me to a basketful of uploads. How can I know what to download? Why cannot Kaspersky give us a direct link to what we need?!

Hi, I'm using KIS 2020's Application Control to restrict file access only allowed to necessary applications. However, after installing July 26 Windows 10 1903 update, "Allow" rules doesn't apply to necessary apps. Hey guys, Today I noticed something very strange on my PC. It says I'm connected in a network named MARCELO3, though I only have two networks in my home, named "MARCELO" and "MARCELO2", and I've never configured my router to a network named MARCELO3. Is this some bug on windows or could it be a virus? Thanks for the help.

Hello, I am unable to find a clear answer to this question I have had for a while. I am looking to purchase multiple 1 year subscription cards for Kaspersky from my local retail store. I am wondering if I can safely redeem all 3 of them cards at once and have them essentially stack on top of each other? I know that with McAfee you can do this but I can’t find anything to suggest kaspersky let’s you do that. Can someone here clarify?

Another non-technical question. I can find no way to report problems problems with Kaspersky web pages (except for the forum - it has a support link). I have discovered that I cannot order Kaspersky products using my FireFox browser. The input fields are not displayed properly and thee is no link to the next page in the process. The page is displayed properly using Chrome. It could be one of my FireFox plugins, of course, but I'm having no trouble on other web sites.

I currently have KIS running on 3 computers. All 3 are running 19.0.0.1088(f) with up to date (within a day) databases. In the Devices tab on my My Kaspersky page, one of the devices shows last connection today, one shows the last connection in 2018, and one shows 2016. The one showing a 2018 connection knows the computer is running KIS 2019. The one showing a 2016 connection thinks the computer is still running KIS 2016. What is the "connection" referred to? Hello, My KIS identified a Malware called HEUR:Trojan.Win32.Generic and has desinfect it ten times already, but when the computer restarts, it appears again. I tried to delete the archive with eraser, but without sucess. Tried to stop it with autoruns, but it keeps coming back. KIS is unable to stop it. What can I do? Hi, We have many customers using KIS and as of our latest software release it is being flagged incorrectly and removed, the files are all digitally signed some get delete some get left behind, when running the file through the online virus check they come back as safe. Why would KIS Suddenly be killing the application files?

I always like to run the latest official release of this software, how ever the information was not made available to me. I believe my computer was hacked as there are JPG files on it that I didn't download. However, Kaspersky Internet Security didn't reveal any attacks to my system. Hi, I recently installed the new native Windows 10 iCloud drive application. However files created on PC do not sync... UNTIL I have paused KIS protection at which point thinks kick-in and everything gets uploaded. So I drop into KIS settings to see that iCloudDrive.exe is already TRUSTED aka there is nothing I seem to be able to fix. How do I sort this without disabling KIS in order to get iCloudDrive to work. Anyone know?
