Kaspersky Internet Security

I recently installed KIS on my Macbook Air 2017 running on macOS Mojave 10.14.6. My problem's very simple, however, it's causing a lot of problems. First of all, it's stuck on a window saying that KIS is starting. It's been running on this start screen for quite awhile now and I can't see any progress in its loading. I tried closing and opening it again a few times and the problem is still the same. I also can't press anything. Another problem I have is Google Earth can't seem to connect to its servers because of Kaspersky, among other applications that it also hinders. It appears to show Any help with this regards will be very appreciated.

I used my privacy cleaner in kaspersky to cleane out all my cookies and all. i have rebooted. Then i went on Ebay and to my surprise i still had adds from my previous searche why is this. Privacy cleaner clears the traces of my activity, but i do not believe this anymore. i also clean out my cookies in firefox. I like to know why this privacy cleaner in kaspersky is not doing its job. I also was using Internet security protected browser at the time.

Hi. I am on Patch C for KIS 2020. Kaspersky Internet Security 20 release notes https://support.kaspersky.com/14378 Today updated Telegram Messenger to its latest version. https://desktop.telegram.org/ which is version v 1.8 09.08.19 After using it for sometime, and also opening and closing it for few times, suddenly KIS detected malware and closed it and put it on low restricted group. I now can not run Telegram. What should I do now? Thanks.

Hello! I noticed that my KIS got a version update on last couple of days from 20.0.14.1085(b) to 20.0.14.1085(c) and I believe that this update brought the Kaspersky Password Manager into KIS, as a new recommendation appeared in my application asking me to install the Password Manager. My question is simple: how can I ignore the Password Manager recommendation, just like I did with "Kaspersky Secure Connection" and "Kaspersky Safe Kids"? I don't want to use the Password Manager and I also don't want this notification trying to make me install the product. I just want to keep my recommendations clear for relevant security notifications.

At startup I found my Kaspersky Internet Security 2019 was not launching even though it was set to do so. Please advise how I can check why and to make this happen.

From last one week my anti banner and add blocker were not working... I have checked all setting like internet security and network , permissions ... But no use please help me in re enabling my add blocker.

Update from KIS 2019 to KIS 2020 (US English Version) went flawlessly and kept all my settings from KIS 2019 without any issues as KIS 2020 installed directly over KIS 2019. :wink:

I have had KIS 19.0.0.1088(f) installed on my Windows 7 PC for a very long time now and it has functioned as it should with no problems. However, over the past 2 weeks or so each and every time I start up the PC, Kaspersky begins deleting files with a small pop-up window advising me that it is doing this. I can't remember the exact text but it is along the lines of KIS cannot repair the following file xxxxxxx and it has been deleted. Many of these files are dll, swf and exe. As I don't use Google chrome due to privacy concerns I only use Firefox. Having just purchased a premium account I was disappointed to see that the Firefox browser is not supported on my android phone by Kaspersky. I hope in the near future Kaspersky will change this and support the Firefox browser on android. Cheers

Since Internet Security acting up, used [kismac19.0.0.294uninstaller.dmg] to uninstall and reinstall on OSX 10.14.5. V19.0.0.294b running but unable to "Sign In" error "Failed to connect to the server. Check your Internet connection and try again". Can't update database, etc. Check all incompatible software issue. Obviously no problem with my connection as I'm online to write this. Thanks.

Today I installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2020 and noticed that Parental Control is no longer available. Instead of Parental Control, Safe Kids is shown and needs to be downloaded separate. Furthermore, a separate licence is required for it. Please help me.

Hello, Slightly frustrated as I initially tried to send a request through support but need my activation code. Apparently it was sent to me when I set up the account last year but I have searched and nothing. So that is my first query! I am accessing a new website for my fantasy football league. I get to the home page of the website and then it goes blank white. I can't find what option may be blocking or an option I need to change etc. Any help would be appreciated. ( I have rebooted my pc, all my software is updated) I just don't have a clue.

Hello, Kapersky says I should Leave this on in the bios, how ever I have found that turning it on Kapersky causes high cpu usage. Turning it off I have noticed better over all performance on my Amd 10 7800 cpu, by the way Kapersky is the only program that uses this feature on my pc. So I am wondering is it safe to leave this feature turned off, and what dangers there really are turning this off as I can not find a good answer online to this question? thanks iosman

For two days now a spam site, plankjock.com, is attempting to force a download on my computer, every 3-4 seconds - blocked every time by kaspersky, but it's extremely annoying (especially with the bing-bong every 3-4 seconds notification bell). Any ideas how I can a. get kaspersky to stop the continuous attempts /block the site b. turn off the notification sound and/or c. talk directly to kaspersky support wihtout writing emails/sending contact forms. I understand that this is the final product since this is the only available at https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/thank-you/internet-security I am trying to download the European Union version from that form, but after I execute the downloaded file is wrote that is not intended to be used in the EU. Also, I downloaded "Distribution Kit for PC" which should be GDPR-compliant, but I receive the same message. I installed the application and no consents were required. When will be available a GDPR compliant version for European Union? Thanks!

Hello, I create a blog, and I am wondering why one of my site url is blocked by kaspersky internet security. The weird thing is I build this site using static content generator which mean is totally static, not having database. My site url that is blocked is https://kuotamania.com/cara-daftar-internet-banking-cimb-niaga/. I never understand, I have published this content on the three different domain, and all the url is blocked by kaspersky. Please, help. Binbin.

after installing KIS 20 , an access file on a server won't open. If i copy the file locally, it opens just fine. Removing KIS 20 , the file opens from the server ANY IDEAS ??? thanks in advance not very happy with kaspersky these days................
