Kaspersky Internet Security

I currently have a Kaspersky license for 3 devices (1 x Mac, 2 x windows). The license expires in a couple of weeks. If I buy a new product as a new customer, it is far cheaper. Will I be able to do this, then just type the activation code into my current product so that it renews for a cheaper price?

When I open the Kaspersky app on my android phone it's stuck with the message 'Starting Kaspersky Internet Security' and never loads. I can't uninstall the app as the tamper protection is on. I have tried resetting the app cache with no success. Any ideas on how to fix?

If I remember correctly, there were either 3 or 5 mobile devices that could be linked to one PC Licence(for one computer), correct? Mobile devices shouldn’t count as “devices” when buying a licence for one “device”, right? Devices in this case means computer.

Started my Windows 10 Home x64 Build 19042 laptop running Kaspersky Internet Security this morning and an update was running and it seemed to lock me out until it was done. Can these updates start and run while the computer is shut completely off? Then I went in and tried to adjust the time updates run I’m told my user name/password is wrong and/or I have no authority. I’m the only user of this laptop and have always been the administrator for it. Suggestions please.

Hello, I installed the latest version of the Corsair Software iCUE 4 and the latest version of Kaspersky. And after installing Kaspersky my 8 Channel Headset works only in 2 Channels. I tried it several times and as soon as I uninstall Kasperksy and reinstall the iCUE Software the 8 channels are back. But then I install Kaspersky again and the Headset works only with 2 Channsel. Link So, heavy writing onto SSD/disk apparently isn't new. By far. But above is for Windows. I’m seeing kavd write almost as much to disk as it reads, more than all other processes on my system combined. Under macOS. The technical support for UK users redirects https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c to https://support.kaspersky.co.uk/b2c/GB which instead of the previous incident report system has a dreadful supposed AI Assistant called Peter plus chat and phone. Even the “Support” option in my.kaspersky.com redirects to this poor replacements. Who made the idiotic decision to scrap the incident report system for UK users, who now have to use a VPN, for example setting the location to USA, to get anything near a decent incident report system. Thank goodness there are other solutions out there.

For those of us with limited vision due to aging or health, PLEASE consider increasing the size of the tiny boxes that contain settings etc. I have to change the monitors small boxes that contain settings etc.. I honestly have to change the monitors display settings just to read the # 4 pica print. Seriously, it is ridiculous. Hello, I've just purchased a new Samsung A52s android phone and I'm looking to upgrade from the pre installed security software. I also have a windows 10 desktop pc with Kaspersky Internet Security, which will shortly require the licence renewing. I'm undecided whether to purchase dedicated android security software for my phone and renew my desktop security, or purchase a product that gives me the same amount of security (or more) for both devices? I am a newbie user of KIS license and trial phase of KSK and I am impressed with many of the features of these tools. The password protected feature on the child/client devices is really helpful and makes this a pretty powerful tool. However, when I logged into a Child/Kid’s Windows login/account, I was able to “Remove from Toolbar” the “Kaspersky Protection 2021” extension for FireFox without any major hurdle…. Is there something we could do to prevent a “Standard/Child/Kid” user from removing this extension or password-enable this extension? Thanks for your time and help...

Hi, on windows is easy, but on Android this feature is missing. Got Android 11, Samsung S10. Latest version of KIS Android. I tried to password protect Kaspersky Internet Security on Android but i see no option available. Found in the kaspersky app menu the block app option, where you put a pin manually for each app selected, but funny thing, only one app si missing there to be protected - kaspersky app. Isn’t there password protect, just like on pc, to protect the kaspersky app and it’s settings from being changed?
