Exceeded activation limit after reinstalled

Hi, please help me with my problem, last week I cant open my kaspersky for a while and when I try to open it it says “file is missing “ and now I cant even find my kaspersky please help me.

Hello everyone! I have been using the Memuplay emulator for a long time, downloadable from the URL:ttps://www.memuplay.com. Unfortunately the download but after a few seconds the antivirus cancels it. I could disable the antivirus and install it, but I would like to understand if there are particular reports on the Memu-Installer.exe file, downloadable from the Memuplay website. I would like to understand why Kaspersky Antivirus does not allow this file to be downloaded and deletes it just after downloading. Do you have any information to give me, or can you advise me how to get support on this?

I like to use DuckDuckGo as my default but just learned you don't protect that browser. I would like to maintain my non intrusive browsing along with the protection. Any chance you will include DDG in the future? Jmcd

Hello I know the download blocked alert is not due to the browser extension, But I browsed the antivirus software testing website and found that KIS did not alert, but it would alert in Chrome and Firefox. So this means that the web protection(web anti-virus) module is completely useless on Vivaldi, and it will be scanned by the file protection module only after the file is downloaded. Hi everyone, i’ve been downgrade from latest Kasper Internet to version 18.0.0.405 because its works fine on my computer.. so this release takes the same database updates as KIS 2021 and for when it will stop takes new updates. Thanks.

Seeing that Network Monitor suppose to capture all network traffic, wouldn’t this be a great source for tracking down an APT ? APTs create C2C channel (command and control) which communicates with the threat actor. Does Kaspersky capture this communication in Network Monitor ? Is it possible to have communication that isn’t captured by Network Monitor ? I’m assuming Network Monitor also captures UDP traffic as well but I can’t confirm.

Using the Android full mobile version on a OnePlus 7 Pro One thing I found is quite annoying... when you put YouTube in the "app lock" section and rotate your mobile phone to watch a video it will lock you out and won't allow you to watch anything in landscape mode. I had to take YouTube from the "app lock" to make it work normally!?..can someone explain why this would happen?

In Windows 10 I can see that two versions of KIS are installed on my PC: 20.0.14.1085 and 21.1.15.500, installed in August, 2020 and just recently. Should I uninstall the earlier version (20.0.14.1085)?

I have KIS 21.1.15.500 ( c ) installed on my desktop PC its working on Firefox browser but not working at all on Internet explorer or Edge . On Internet explorer it doesnt show when I go to “manage add ons” yet it must be installed to show and work in Firefox. Any idea why it doesnt show in the other browsers ?

There are several news sites I wish to read but am blocked because of the ad blocker in Kaspersky Internet Security. How do I turn off the ad blocker for specific sites? As an alternative, if I cannot turn of the ad blocker for specific sites, how do I turn the ad blocker completely off? When I go to Settings and turn Protection off I no longer have the problem. However, I don’t want to search the Internet with protection off. So can I turn the ad blocker module off while not turning ALL protection off?

This problem started on my desktop … every time I click on an email I get warning that mcou.dll cannot load. I added a website to safe money and it didn’t prompt me to open in a protected browser or not. So I opened Safe Money and clicked on the website, Aussie Broadband Portal (see attached screenshot) and got a Failed to run Protected Browser error. When I updated to KIS 2021 version 21.1.15,500 I did not have this problem but as I have had to update to version 21.2.16.590(a) to fix other issues, this problem has now appeared. So I hope that you can tell me how to fix this ASAP!

After update today I get this message when opening Outlook 2007 on Win 10 I have seen this issue mentioned before in thread Link but the command suggestions dont work. I have a second PC (on 21.1.15.500(c) and have NO Outlook issues so its clearly a problem with 21.2.16.590 (a). Anyone else have this issue. Anyway to roll back update to a previous version? Ive lodged a ticket with support today also.
