Kaspersky Internet Security

Today, I'm no longer able to to open any of my usual online banking sites using Kaspersky's protected browser due to certificate verification errors. It's the same on four different banks that I use. Kaspersky is up-to-date in terms of definitions and its version is 21.3.10.391. The browser I'm using is Google Chrome. Restarting the browser or the PC did not help. Please advise. The error message popping up is: Certificate verification problem detected Certificate verification service is not available (error: 0x000000ff)

For years, all my settings in KIS have been the same, and I never change them. Today, I wanted to check some of them and found my KIS unresponsive. I can open settings and browse through the options, but as soon as I click on some of them, it stops responding. For example, settings -> mail antivirus settings -> attachment filter -> configure attachment filter, and then it stops responding. I can only close the window by clicking the "x". When I try to open the window again by double-clicking the KIS icon in the tray, it shows in the taskbar, but no window opens on the desktop. I hope to add the "Advanced Cleanup" description inside the application, because this feature will cause the system to report an error, but Kaspersky does not make any explanation inside the application. This will cause some users to think that their system has been damaged and caused an error.

When I enable parental control for my daughter, youtube access is blocked by browser with HSTS error, even when I disable any internet/web browsing control for her. https://www.seamonkey-browser.org/ works w/o problems, but not youtube. Today, I ran a screen lock virus. I tested it on KFA2019. The screen lock shortcut will immediately find the screen lock virus, and it will terminate and restore the system. I am using Kaspersky Internet Security on two Windows 7 Pro PC. Both PC in my home connecting same network. I usually using Chrome keep logging in with my Google account. Recently I logged out to enter another gmail account. When I clicked on the next button Chrome not prompt me for password. I am getting a Security Alert. It says "Information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed or changed by others. However, there is a problem with the site's security certificate." I have a computer running Windows 10 Professional. I have Kaspersky Internet Security. I was recently alerted to a detection of HEUR.Trojan-Downloader.Script.Generic. When I tried to resolve it, the exclamation point icon turned to a spinning circle for about a second, and then went back to the exclamation point. KIS says that the detection was an e-mail attachment. I use Thunderbird on my desktop, and webmail for Gmail and Outlook. I've used KIS since about 2014. I assume it's doing a great job, but renewal is usually very messy. This year no different. My KIS 2018 expires this week. I have tried to block "automatic renewal" because I don't want the three-device version (I bought KIS for three devices in 2017 for €39.99, now it costs €93.95). The following happens after I install an app and need to restart my PC to complete the install. -When I open KIS, I get a dialog box indicating that Kaspersky is loading the application prior to opening with the normal interface. If I hadn't manually opened KIS, would it not be active?

I uninstalled and installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2020 and in the new update it could not connect (I have a license for another 210 days). I reset the connection again and the result is an unknown device. I reset the Internet options according to the knowledge article and nothing has changed. Hello, It started around two weeks ago, option to bypass "Connection not protected" - "I understand the risks and wish to continue", when using a self-signed certificate was gone. I used the option and 10 minutes later i wanted to use the option to bypass again and it was not there anymore. So i talked to the support and they told me to upgrade vom KIS 19.xx to 20.xxx . I am a long-time, satisfied user of Kaspersky software. Currently, I have the most recent version of KIS, which is installed on Windows 10 v.1903. KIS is version is 19.0.0.1008(i). A few days ago, seemingly ‘out of the blue’ my Ethernet controller lost its ability to obtain an IP address from DHCP. Prior to this, my Ethernet controller was working flawlessly. This week I couldn’t upload big files on Google Drive with Firefox. With Chrome all went well. Even after deleting the cache and disabling all extensions, it didn’t work. Though I didn’t think Kasperky would be the cause, I disabled Kaspersky and the upload succeeded! I found out that I had to disable Network -> Scan secured traffic Firefox and Thunderbird. So, my problem has been solved, but I mention it in case other members encounter the same problem.

Have gone through the Update Problems list, i.e. reboot, setting time, not on battery, etc. Before reboot, after reboot, does not matter. It hangs at ~97%. Have the current version of KIS. Freshly installed (~two days). This all followed a system problem (apps not running, connecting, etc.) Ultimately I had to do a Win10 64 Pro Reset (removing applications but keeping data). Hello. After a scan (with Kaspersky Internet Security) the results detected 1 cloud item ignored. Since the scan’s details show only the beginning and end of the scan, can someone tell me what that “cloud item ignored” stands for and if the scan detecting one could be dangerous for my pc?

Hi, I am new to the Kis on Mac, before I used Kis on windows, everything was okey. But I just move to Macos and and I realize the Kis doesn’t show the small icon which show the link status next to links in Safari. I am running Catalina, the version of Kis is 20.0.0.829b and successfully enable the extension in Safari, the setting of Kis also confirm this. I also tried to disable and enable the URL Advisor both in the Kis extension icon on Safari toolbar and in the setting but the problem is still persists.
