Hello, I have an ongoing issue with my Kaspersky internet security. I keep receiving a “warning” that I have a software running which is legitimate but may be used for nefarious purposes. The software in question is Nicehash, which is a “one-click” easy solution for mining cryptocurrencies on graphics cards. Every time, I add it an as exception. It then shows back up 5 minutes later. I’ve also manually added each file, the folder, etc. No matter how many hundreds of exceptions I add, I keep getting this warning. How do I stop Kaspersky from updating twice a day. I want the updates after I’m done using the computer or I want to be notified when they are to install the updates. I lose all capability to use my computer while they are updating and that is unacceptable. I’ll be glad when my subscription runs out.

I have KIS 2020 and once VPN component get installed the whole OS got crashed and had to recover from a restore point, Windows event log shows that Remote Access Connection Manager was not responding before each crash incident. Before crashing the system, screen becomes green and flashing which does not allow user to interact and the whole OS looks freeze until do a hard restart, got resolved after removing the VPN component. I have issues when there is a 3D verification code on websites that I need to enter. It does not recognise even when I enter the correct code. Also for some banking/financial websites, I am not able to log in even though my username and password is correct. Tried on my other devices (that does not have Kaspersky) and it works fine.

Every time I reboot my Windows 10 laptop, I get this message from Kaspersky: Startup is blocked for igfxEM Module. I can’t even find it on my computer and I’m tired of seeing this. Where is it that they are blocking it, and why? I did a scan and no malicious software came up. I think this happened after the last Windows 10 Update. I HATE UPDATES!!!

I’d like to have some tech support to findout why I can;t get Kaspersky to work. I have a Mac with Big Sur 11.3.1. I upgraded my Kaspersky and now because the system extension won't load or fully install the whole Kaspersky system does not work. I can't scan anything now.

I found a good price on Amazon for an activation code for KIS. Even though I only renewed two months ago I didn’t want to pass up on the deal so I made the purchase. What I would like to do is stack this behind the existing activation code so that when the current one expires the new one will come into play automatically. Is there a way to do this or do I have to wait until the current license is about to expire? The application will allow me to add the code but doesn’t explicitly state whether the code will stack or be applied immediately so I’m unsure.

Frequently when I go to enter text into my browser the “Kaspersky Secure Keyboard Input is enabled” popup blocks me from clicking on the box I wanted until I x out of it. How do I disable this popup?

Hello, Good day, may I ask if it's somewhat normal for the product to unplugged the Ethernet connection. Currently, we're using a laptop with an ethernet adaptor as our source of internet and as of a couple days back, the internet has disappeared. There was no ethernet 2 there but there was a Kaspersky one which was new. So deciding to look for answers I tried looking up for solutions and spotted a similar experience. In all honesty, it was a hasty mistake in my part and I hastily deleted the VPN connection thing of the Kaspersky product. Good news, the Kaspersky ethernet unplugged thing is gone but now I have no idea to connect back to the previous Ethernet network.…

For the past 12 hours I've been getting the ping “download denied,” I've reset my computer, scanned (returned with 0 viruses found) and its still continuous download denied, its so annoying because there's nothing wrong, can someone please help me fix this?

1.App lock does not lock apps. 2. Online protection does not work there is an error. 3. No SD card scan. 4. lacks wifi monitoring.

KIS :- 21.3.10.391(b) Windows 10 21h1 Problem is that I think anti spam module is not working with thunderbird. Also, during logging, it showed a invalid certificate. I really doubt if mail antivirus and anti spam is really working. Also tried adding the sender to block list still I think not working.

I write to you that you renew the kaspersky without notified me . I know only when I see my account that you deduct the many. How this happen you have to ask me first if i want to renew or not. I so so so so upset.

I recently had a lot of trouble with my laptop and decided to reset it to original factory settings. Unfortunately, I then lost a lot of programs which included Kaspersky Internet security. I had about another year to run on the current licence - but do not know how to re load it. It was originally a digital download so have no disk or references. Any ideas?

env: win10: KIS installed, external service control on; use as rdp server(win10 built in) android: RD client installed, scaling set to 175%. what I see on phone: the notification should be displayed in the center is actrually displayed on the Bottom right corner while the Bottom right corner notificaion never be displayed at all. when this happens, I have nothing to do in the client side but to turn off kaspersky, or the application will freeze forever and there is no way to turn it off! when scaling is set to 100%, all works normal.

Starting today, I’ve been getting a notification from the app for a “Error during an encrypted connection scan in a Kaspersky application” for “nowtv.com”, which I’ve currently decided to set to “Ignore and remember”. Thing is, I’ve never visited or opened up the site myself at all, so I’m curious to why any connection is being attempted at all. I do use the security extension for Chrome, and I’ve promptly nuked any and all cookies that may be tied to the site if this helps. I’m not sure if this is the app itself simply acting up, or if something else is at work here (some background process maybe?). Over the last month my mac has been failing to start up and has been so slow. The error log reflects that K I S is causing a problem. I unloaded it totally and ran the mac for a week with no problem. I have now reinstalled it and the same problem is happening - it just takes ages to boot up and then reboots what looks like back into safe mode then starts normally - has anybody any ideas or experiencing the same problem ? Scan is absolutely clear so no threats or issues there.

I’m able to open Kaspersky, but when I click on any of the buttons nothing happens. The quick animation of a colour change is happening on the buttons when I click them but they don’t actually work. Is ther any fix for this?

KIS 21.3.10.391(b) on Win10 x64 build 19043 no problem in copying large files in my intranet, but when I download files from internet, it seems greater then 50MB, download hangs in a randomic way (sometimes after 20MB, sometimes after 100MB). If i disable all KIS control (except antivirus) it works, so it is not my provider We are speaking about “normal files”, such as ISO distro Linux and classroom.google.com downloads ;-) it happens with Chrome, Firefox, user login, admin login Most of KIS settings are default Any help? does it really make more security for MacBooks ? or is it safe to use without any security apps? so we make online shopping etc..
