I’m considering purchasing Kaspersky Internet Security for 3 devices, one of which will be an Android phone. I have installed the trial version on the 3 devices. If or when I purchase a license for 3 devices for one year, will the Android phone be covered under the same single license?

Hi All, I just upgraded to Android 10, used Kaspersky Internet Security also before on 9. I activated gesture navigation. I'm locking some apps with the built-in AppLock from Kaspersky Internet Security. I know, that I must login again, when closing the app or sliding down the navigation bar and that's good like it is. The Problem now: It seems that AppLock sees the going-back gesture (a small icon pops in to show this) as an app opened between. Like this it's nearly impossible to work with gesture navigation, because the controlling process from Android gets blocked by AppLock and until I unlocked it, the process ended. I have been using Kaspersky Internet Security (with “automatic renewal” turned off) since about 2014, and I have a My Kaspersky account. My KIS for Windows 7 expires this week. From the Kaspersky website I bought KIS 2020 for 2 PCs for 2 years. I got an activation code and downloaded startup.exe (2.8 Mb file). I also got an email from Kaspersky sending me to a page where I can create a Kaspersky account (presumably a My Kaspersky account, but it doesn’t say so). Because I already have an account, I did not create a new one. Now what do I do? I installed the Kaspersky Protection extension on the new Edge browser (Version 83.0.478.58 (Official build) (64-bit)) under Windows 10, and enabled it in the extensions page, but it remains stubbornly greyed out. If I click on it, it displays this unhelpful image: I don’t see any settings in Kaspersky Internet Security for the extension, so any ideas what the problem is?

If I buy new version of kaspersky before my license expires, then will I be able to use the new version after some days (after the expiry to be precise)?

Hello, My Kapersky icon is not appearing in the taskbar. I see the icon with the lock for the secure connection, but the (usually) green icon for Kapersky is greyed out. I logged onto My Kapersky & my destop is still shown but seems to be looping and trying to “examine” the PC. Apparently I need to update the DB, but when I click the button, after a while it comes back with the message that the command could not be sent & I should try again later. I am not able to use Safe Money either. I seems to be a connection problem, but the traffic volume is still being monitored. How can I activate the icon & access the dashboard again? Is Microsoft Edge web browser version 83.0.478.58 compatible with Kasperský Internet Security?

I have tried multiple times, but full scan is not completed at all. i Have even uninstalled SW and reinstalled SW , however the SCAN was never completed fully and SW gets hangs . I am running KIS 20 and Windows 10 home. Recently I ran a scan (Using KIS and Malwarebytes) and nothing was found. Hold the Shift key & press F12 To return to the original language → hold the Shift key & press F5 Regarding long delay: The Kaspersky Secure Connection Settings can be changed so Kaspersky Secure Connection at startup is not enabled. Message - No connection has been made to activation server in a long time. Update manually. No instruction on how to do this. Have 144 days remaining on licence. Package appears to be working although I have to occasionally force database update.

Since the start of this week, when I try and look at an online newspaper www.telegraph.co.uk then as soon as the home page has been ?built, the slider bar just vanishes and the screen expands to fill the space. This makes it impossible to navigate the page !. For a period of a second or so the slider bar is visible and can be grabbed with the mouse and the page contents moved up and down, but as soon as the slider bar vanishes the page is locked in its current position. Hello, I’m looking at using Hyper-V on my system (Windows 10 Pro 1909) which is running KIS 2020. When I enable Hyper-V, Kaspersky gives a message that “Hardware virtualization is not available.” When I Disable Hyper-V again, the message in Kaspersky goes away, so it looks like Hyper-V is indeed the culprit. Can anyone tell me what hardware virtualization is used for in Kaspersky? The help files seem to suggest it might be used for Safe Money? Is it OK to run KIS without virtualization? Thanks!

Hi, Macbook Pro - Catalina 10.15.5 KIS - 20.0.0.829b Recently installed KIS onto the mac as a client needed extra security for me to access their servers etc. After install, every morning when the mac is woken I have no internet connection. I cannot connect to teams or outlook, and neither chrome nor firefox connect, saying google does not have correct security. If I restart the mac, it is fine the rest of the day. Only when starting every morning does this happen. I’ve checked the system reqs that are posted up when questions are asked, I’ve checked compatibility with other apps etc. Thanks

I get the usual webcam blocking notification when loading websites in Safari, but when going to banking and other safe money enabled websites, the slider notification doesn’t come out anymore to verify the legitimacy? nothing happens. This issue first occurred when Installed KIS 2020 with Safari extension, then it started working, now it’s failing again? I restarted Mac, cleared cache, rebooted both safari and KIS, but it did not solve the issue. Thanks for help. I know some people hate those sliding notifications, but they give me peace of mind.

Hello, I have KIS 2020 on my PC and I want temporary re-enable Windows Defender without uninstall KIS. If I close/exit KIS there is no option to enable Defender but only to re-enable KIS. Am I doing something wrong or there is no way to do that ?? Thanks in advance !!

I have just installed a new printer (HP Officejet 9010) and Kaspersky Internet Security is blocking a network attack from the printer. The printer is on my local network and so I kn ow it is OK. How do I set an exclusion to the Network Attack blocker? I can see instructions for a Mac but not for Windows. I am using version 20.0.14.1085. I have a screen shot, but I can’t see where I can post it on this forum.

Hi, i am using Mac kaspersky. I cannot browse Netflix today since ‘Your connection is not a private connection’, but i still browse yesterday. I can browse Netflix if i close the kaspersky application. Is there any problem?

Hey guys I’m trying to access this server via desktop program and browser (chrome). I can access when I deactivate Kaspersky Internet Security, so I’m pretty sure this is the cause.
