Hello all. My computer was attacked by a ransomware and all my files are encrypted to .YOBA. is there any solution to decrypt them?

After installing KIS 2019, now my computer requires a password after coming back from sleep mode. Also the computer shuts off after several hours. I checked Windows 7 sleep/power down modes and they have not changed (no password required). How do I change this back from whatever KIS did ? Не связывайтесь с моими настройками!

I'm trying to renew my license but seems like an anti virus company can't get a simple checkout process right?!?! If you look at the first screenshot, it states that for 3 devices across 2 years - the cost is SGD99 but once I decide that I want to renew, the next page magically changes the number to USD119.99 which effectively makes me SGD 160?? How am I to trust Kaspersky if it already tries to scam x2 of my money right from the start?

Hello, I just found a small bug with KIS 2020 and Corsair LINK 4 (last version). Kaspersky is saying that Corsair Link is using internet but its not. I double check task manager, blocked Corsair Link via Kaspersky Firewall but Kaspersky show insane internet usage from Corsair LINK 4. I have second computer with KIS 2019 (last patch) and this problem doesnt happen at all. I noticed this with KIS 2020 but didnt report here. Hi, I need help in disabling or run auto-update the Parental Update Notifications Settings on user Desktop. I already disable all the notification in Kaspersky Notifications settings, but this notification still showing and the worse is, it will freeze and can't open the Kaspersky menu. So we need to restart the desktop. And it also a hassle for me every time this notification pop-up because I need to put the password in order to run the update. I will not distribute the password so that the end-user will not change any configured settings, this was also part of our policy. The timezone was not change but the notifications still showing up. Hello, When we try to access our website from a computer (mac) where kaspersy is installed, the certificate is detected as not trusted. But for us, it seems that everything is ok : https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=oereb.bs.ch This happens only with kaspesky. Safe money has been very slow on every bank site I access. When I access bank sites without safe money, I can navigate normally. This shows that the problem is in fact safe money. Please correct the problem as it is making it impossible to use safe money. To download a PDF, for example, it has taken a long, long, long time. And accessing the same site, without the safe money, I have been able to download normally.

On the kaspersky site I read kaspersky KIS 2019 suports secure keybord input on chrome on the version until 64. But I use chrome version 76 with KIS 2019 19.0.0.188(g). It's already a very long time on chrome, kaspersky does not show a little popup of secure keyboard input so you have no idea whether kaspersky supports secure keyboard on your chrome or not. Can someone determine whether chrome version 76 is supported for secure keyboard input? I use the kaspersky protection extension on chrome.

Is there a way to turn off Safe money notifications on my Mac from popping up? They are annoying and there should be a preference setting to turn these off.

Hello; I noticed that my internet speed is so bad on my computer and not on other devices on my phone or anohter pc is working perfectly it's only very slow on my pc.So i decided to test my internet bandwith with speedtest.net but it connect me to a diffrent location in UK or Russia and i went to another website to trace my ip same thing deffrent location and i don't have any VPN or Proxy program i even reinstalled my windows i formated my C drive but it didn't work even after pc reset i still have a bad internet connection (max:25kb/s) and in my other devices i have the correct bandwith (300kb/s). so please if you can help is it a virus or my ISP please help me

Hi. I'm having a problem trying to install KIS 2019 on Windows 7 Pro 64bit. I have removed previous Avast Antivirus using removal tool, ran Ccleaner, Cleaned temp files, reset Internet Explorer settings, Have .Net Framework 4.5 installed but still no joy. Download startup.exe from Kaspersky Website. Ran Installation, Accept all terms but as soon as it switches to downloading it gives me Unknown Error! then forces me to close. Any suggestions?

The following happens after I install an app and need to restart my PC to complete the install. -When I open KIS, I get a dialog box indicating that Kaspersky is loading the application prior to opening with the normal interface. If I hadn't manually opened KIS, would it not be active?

Hi, Kaspersky detected that the following Trojan.Multi.GenAutorunBITS.a is in my system memory, I was able to be remove. I want to under how this trojan get into the system, does anyone has any information to share? This is the second time I have this alert. I was not visiting any website only reading normal email and there was no attachment. I am concern how this Trojen can enter the system. Any advise will be appreciated. Regards Andy

I use Private Internet Access for my VPN. It looks like this won't work with Internet Security for Mac. Is this correct?

I can't download any files on my new computer via Google Chrome to a network drive. Each time I try, I get "Virus Scan Failed". Only Chrome is affected, and only network drives. If I turn off File Anti-Virus in Kaspersky, I can download no problem. I have the scope set in File Anti-Virus to not check network drives, but it seems it's doing this anyway. Anyone have any idea where to look from here? I used the same program on my old computer, downloaded to the same location, and it always worked, I never had to make changes to it.

Hi - Just installed a new Canon multifunction printer/scanner/copied (TS8250). Latest software installed. Using it on: iMac - Mojave MacBook Pro - Mojave On the iMac - I can print fine, but I can only Scan if KIS is not running. Both Canon's IJ Scan utility and Apple's Image Capture report they cannot communicate with the scanner if KIS is running. As soon as you quit KIS - Scanner works fine. Interestingly, if KIS is running, even if protection is fully disabled - the scanner does not work. KIS has to be fully quit for the Scanner to work. MacBook Pro - print and scan's fine (but does not run KIS at all). Any ideas what the problem could be here and how to fix? Ma…
