I have just tried to do a google search while in the safe money browser however the letters that I typed did not resemble the letters that appeared in the search bar! Complete jargon. I recently did a full scan and found 2 trojan ransom ware files on my computer which I naturally deleted. Could this have interfered with my computer and is there any chance that they are still there hiding somewhere? I don’t know how long these trojans were on my computer because they were only picked up when I did the full scan which is a bit of a worry. I have my suspicions on how they got on my computer.

Dear Friends I have been using of Kaspersky AV for last 15 years. My OS isr win 10pro 1083 . Now I have for few days the my installed KIS2019 ( now by auto update exact version is KIS 20.0.14.1085 (j) )has been deactivated automatically . Though it is showed in program menu etc. Though Kaspersky secure connection running as it is. I have been reinstalled at least 7 time after fresh down load from website (www.kaspersky.co.in). I have 3 devices (Windows desktop, Windows laptop, Android phone). I have Kaspersky Antivirus on the 2 Windows devices and Kaspersky Free on the phone. I still have 268 days remaining on my Antivirus subscription. I want to have Kaspersky Internet Security on all three devices and I'm sure there is a way to upgrade, but don't know how to do it. Hello, is it possible to somehow install the current KIS on a EI Capitan MacOS? Unluckily, my Mac is quite old and does not support a newer version of the OS. Otherwise, is it possible to get access to a older KIS Version and can I use this with my License Key for the KIS 2020? Thank you a lot for your help. :)

KIS keeps running rootkit scan every few hours automatically even after disabling ‘Search for software that is intended to conceal traces of malicious program in the system (rootkits)’ checkbox. Can someone please tell me what is going on and how do I stop it?

Hi -- I would like to disable ALL Kapersky’s notifications, such as the one below. I just want the software to run on the background and be invisible while protecting the computer. As such, I don’t want ANY pop-up/notification to appear in my screen. I have tried to disable notifications on settings/additional, but they keep coming. Hi, I have been using an OpenVPN client and use 2 or 3 browsers depending upon the context. Today, I wanted to log into my facebook account but the login page was different. The url seems legit, and upon further inspection using "inspect element" I found the following websites "https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/rsrc.php/v3/y......" which also seems legit facebook address used for "cross domain concerns" I have attached the respective image files for reference. im trying to block certain IP adresses in KIS 20.0.14.1085( l). I am able to edit “packet rules” in the firewall but i got problems. settings-protection-firewall-configure packet rules. example: Edit packet rule Action: Block Name: untrusted IP Direction: Inbound/outbound Protocol: All Address: Adress from the list Remote adresses: (for example google DNS) 8.8.8.8 Status: Active Save. it works when i am using “ping 8.8.8.8” in the command prompt. I am running 20.0.14.1085 (k) Database release 05/08/2020 on win10 pro There is a site I use a lot and for whatever reason it is being blocked. I cannot find how to access the exemptions list as on line the 2019 screenshots from Kaspersky bear no resemblance to what I see on my screen. I am to say the least frustrated to the point I am thinking of dumping the program and sacrificing the cash.

How about this for an idea? Would be great if Kaspersky’s website and mobile apps would stop the peddling of their add-on services and make it easier to remove licenses from devices (not just add them) through the user account on website. Compared to companies like F-Secure your the level of peddling of add-on services is pathetic.

Hold the Shift key & press F12 To return to the original language → hold the Shift key & press F5 Regarding long delay: The Kaspersky Secure Connection Settings can be changed so Kaspersky Secure Connection at startup is not enabled.
