I have purchased security software and I am using it in an offline environment. I would like to know where I can download offline update packages. If that's not possible, please guide me on how to configure the firewall in Kaspersky Security Software to allow both Kaspersky and Windows update to access the internet. Thank you.

Hi, Using windows 11 here, last build. Kaspersky Internet Security build 21.3.10.391 When I'm using safe money (full green window), kaspesky doesn't block screenshots. Everything is clear. I've tried with chrome. Hardware virtualization is working. Any solution ? Thanks.

Hello, I recently upgraded my PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10. During the process, I forgot to uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security before formatting the HDD. Now the activation code doesn't work on Windows 10 (same machine). Is there a way to make it work? I do have a back up of the Windows 7's Windows and Program Files (x86) folders. Is there a way to copy registry from these folders to the Windows 10's folder? Thanks for your time and help.

Hello, i recently formatted my PC and lost my Kaspersky license, before i format i copied the license key number, but Kaspersky ask me to enter an activation code and i don't have this activation code and didn't create account until now i made account, can you please help me ? For some reason, KIS has started to block my Steam games from getting internet access. I play games on Steam that require access to a verification server to run/start for login... Like the FFXIV Launcher and WorldOfGuns... Pausing KIS doesnt work - it still blocks them. Even though I put them in the "do not block" list... it still blocks them. And that exceptions list keeps resetting to an empty one every time I start my pc. Hi all, For the last few months I've been unable to access Pinterest via Firefox (or Edge) as it shows a blank white screen and refuses to connect, and upon looking at Inspect Element in both browsers I see the attached error message pop up 99+ times. I don't know anything about computers or coding etc, but it sounds like this CSP is what's blocking my access to Pinterest? Hello. I have been using KIS for at least the last 20 years and am 99% satisfied. What bugs me the most is IF I would not have MalwareBytes running WITH KIS many times I would have had problems with malware! If running BOTH KIS & MalwareBytes in my computer is ever a problem, I will switch to another anti-virus software that DOES accept MalwareBytes. So, please fix the conflict! I have a problem with a Person that sends me every morning von 1 till 3 in the morning one SMS after tha other with always the same Message. I can block his number and it stops but the next night it starts again with a different Cell number and wecks me up again. Been using KIS for over 10 years now without any issues. Recently, I have been facing an issue where the disk usage shoots up 100% as soon as I start Windows and stays there for around 15-30 minutes before coming back to normal levels. Also during the work day, whenever I open any new program it again shoots up to 100% and stays there for 5-10 minutes. Has anyone faced the issue? I installed Kaspersky plus on my windows 11. The package took control over Windows Defender Firewall, settings. I need help in configuring it. Mainly to test locally certain applications and also to connect with specific online applications for the testing. I read in the forum and tried accordingly to modify the package rules by adding a new one. I note that the rule was authorized. however, I still cannot access this address locally. Any help, tip as to how I can modify and add certain IPs to my system will be highly appreciated.
