What does it mean when it says badge value 2 has access to this site?

Good day Sir/Madam, Today my computer shows the messages "Database are corrupted” repeatedly and I do not know what the problem cause is. The licence expires this year in July/August 2021. When I try to further check what the problem is - the message I get says it is related to the licence problem. Help much appreciated. Regards Morwakoma

I have a question , recently i bought KIS 2021 from unofficial site -if that matter- for my sister that said in the description 1 year 1 device and indeed that was correct, on the license description in my.kaspersky.com says 1 year 1 device, but when my sister (except her laptop) tried to activate and her android phone it successfully activated. So… my sister with 1 device license activated 2 devices (laptop/android). Is that right or legit ?? Maybe when it says 1 device means 1 “primary” device e.g. one pc but not two (simultaneous), one mac but not two (simultaneous) but you can use one pc/mac and a phone simultaneous.

Is there any way to block microphone by KIS ? I am playing a game which have a bug to sent all the time sounds from my microphone. I can not block it in Windows10 because I would have to block all classic programs. (i want play the game while talking in communicator, but both are classic application in windows10 - game is not even there) I see in KIS, tool to block internet camera, but can not find tool to block microphone. I know that programs from other company(not kaspersky) have this feature. So maybe I am missing something.

dear all, i got the last windows version 20H2 with the last updates but with kaspersky from a lot of days i got an issue with firewall function and with application control. When i try to open the application list kaspersky crashes and a black box appears. I already tried to remove all the kaspersky suite but never solved. Thanks. i had to remove firewall and using windows firewall.

Whenever I try to open the file, it gets deleted for “Dangerous application behavior”. Before opening it, I scanned it, and Kaspersky found no viruses. The reputation is unknown because fewer than 10 people with kaspersky use it. I am 99.9% sure the file is safe, so how do I stop kaspersky from deleting it?

Hi, My KIV license is expiring soon. I followed the “Renew license” option within the application and was directed to kaspersky.co.uk. The page states that “This licence is only for sale and activation within the United Kingdom, European Union and Falkland Islands.“. However, on checkout the only available countries are UK/Falkland Islands/Ireland. Being in Portugal, it looks like I could use that license, but on the other hand there is no such option on the country selection page. Would it be ok to set country as Ireland and purchase a license?

Hello, Kaspersky is never ending installing new libreoffice (version 7.0.3.1->7.0.4.2) It shows something like ‘waiting other updates end’ (the message in french is attente de la fin d’autres mises à jour) I tried to update the libreoffice manually but it is still the same in KIS Thank you

I was wondering to what extent Application Control checks an application before deciding to label it as ‘Trusted’ (or any other) and allowing it to execute/not execute. We all know the ‘exec’ file is analysed by KSN, Digital Signature, etc. What about all the .dll libraries that are invoked by the Trusted exec ? Are they analyzed by Kaspersky ? If so, at which stage ? My concern is that an application determined as ‘Trusted’ by Kaspersky has the capability of invoking a malicious .dll

8 days ago I opened a ticket with Kaspersky support asking if I could have an offline installer for KIS 21.1.15.1500. The status is still “Waiting for processing the request”. Is there anything else I can do? I don’t feel a pressing need to upgrade to KIS 2021, but one of my 4 computers already automatically upgraded. I want to upgrade the other 3 on my own schedule. In the open case I also asked if there is any way to keep the 3 computers that are on KIS 2020 from automatically upgrading. Since Kaspersky Internet Security has been upgraded to 21.2.16.590(a), whenever time I start uTorrent the annoying messages: “The source of loading advertisements is blocked” pop up every second or two. These messages are related to uTorrent displaying advertisements even when no torrent is downloading. How can I get rid of this? This was not happening with KIS 21.1.15.500(c). Is it OK just to turn off this notification or some KIS setting must be changed? BTW, where can I download the .pdf manual of KIS 21.2.16.590 ?

Hello I’m having issue with ps4 remote play working on windows with KIS on. It would connect then disconnect with kaspersky. When I exit kaspersky completely (right clicking icon and exit), PS4 remote play would connect and works.

Hi Kaspersky Team, I have a website, which is showing a phishing site due to the google tag manager's enhanced e-commerce tracking system. It picks up a data layer of the transition and shows them in my google analytics but does not show any kind of sensitive data. I have scanned the site multiple times but there is nothing out of the ordinary. Please reconsider and remove it from the list. I am losing potential sales and traffic due to this. KIS version is 21.1.15.500( c ) . It just auto updated the other day to this version and now im having issues with youtube, top right panel with drop down list wont work (one with your profile picture) and the notification bell will not load anything, along with not being able to comment and more videos not loading when i scroll down. Pausing kaspersky fixes everything. Is 21.1.15.500 ( c ) the newest KIS version? if so is there a way i could temporarily run with a previous version and see it if works?

Hi Community of Kaspersky I bought a Kaspersky Internet Security licence for 3 years Everything is fine on version 20 but since January 1st (the first time) and now January 11st (second time) my Internet Security is updating automatically to the version 21 but my licence can’t activate (or can’t founded on My Kaspersky Account) The first time i uninstalled version 21 and install version 20 again, everything well but today is happens again. So, can i install the new version with my actual licence? or i need to rollback again to the version 20 and disable autoupdates? Any other option to avoid this problem? thanks for your answers Greetins

In the previous version of Kaspersky Internet Security(2020) there was the choice to update databases from the tray icon which was way faster than it is now.Please bring back this option like in the picture below.Can you do the same for task manager option?Thank you.

I now have different passwords for “Kaspersky Account”, “My Kaspersky”, “Kaspersky Forum”, “Kaspersky Program” , “Kaspersky@findmyorders.com” and might need one I don’t seem to have yet for “Kaspersky VPN. I changed the one for “Kaspersky Account” and that works but can someone tell me which are actually needed ?
