I use Mailstore Home to backup my Gmail account but it stopped working last month, giving the following error, preventing it accessing my Gmail account: An error has occurred. The SSL/TLS certificate verification failed. In order to skip the certificate verification, please enable the "Accept all certificates” option. Details: Unable to perform revocation check of the server certificate. If I pause Kaspersky, it works correctly, so it looks like Kaspersky is blocking access for some reason. Edge chromium Insider and I keep getting this error message. I have exported the cert and added to the trusted certificate authority (local machine) but still getting that annoying error dialog. Also, why is my version of Kaspersky not updated to 2020 , given the expense of renewing my subscription. BTw the support request form is useless as not matter what I enter in the mandatory fields the submit/save button is not enabled - perhaps you should test this.

I've just set up a mining program and the behavior of Kaspersky is disappointing. Instead of informing me and giving me the joice Kaspersky only shows a permanent window without choice. And then, without my permission it destroys every program which was set up. Be it NiceHash or Cudo Miner. Kaspersky destroys it without informing or giving you a choice. Yes, I know, AV programs can't recognize bad from good miner apps, but then it shouldn't PRETEND to be able to and give the user the choice. So please ... thanks.

Hello all - I am trying to manage a Win 7 desktop PC via My Kaspersky. I can log in from the Win7 PC to My Kaspersky using the link provided in the Kaspersky app. I see my 2 other devices, but not the one I'm logging in from. The KB doc says that by logging in via the app on the device, it should show up in My Kaspersky. This is not happening. What am I missing? Thanks!

I purchased kaspersky internet security and on installing on my windows 10 pc, the setup file does not opens. I tried downloading the KIS from from many different websites, the result is same, "The setup file simply does not opens" the system dose not even throws any exception. Hello. After a scan (with Kaspersky Internet Security) the results detected 1 cloud item ignored. Since the scan’s details show only the beginning and end of the scan, can someone tell me what that “cloud item ignored” stands for and if the scan detecting one could be dangerous for my pc?

Does the Windows version of Kaspersky Internet Security completely protect a PC from being infected when a USB drive containing malware is plugged in?

After I installed the antivirus it just FULLY DISABLE my keyboard and any keyboard even USB. I can't use the keyboard other than the virtual one... I need to re-enable this URGENT, I need my keyboard working on my notebook, I need this working Don't show me links, because all the links I found are either with an old version of the antivirus, or are on any other subject once again, after installing the antivirus, my keyboard on my notebook WAS TOTALLY DISABLE, IT IS DEAD, AS IF IT WAS TURNED OFF, NOT EVEN CAPSLOOK WORKS, and before you ask, it worked PERFECTLY BEFORE INSTALLING THIS ANTIVIRUS I PAID AND NOW I AM NO KEYBOARD.

Hello, I’m back yet again. My issue is exactly like this topic from the Kaspersky community but it has gone unanswered. As the title and the linked post say, I always get a notification + sound from Windows Security once every startup (about 2-3 minutes after login screen) telling me to turn on my virus protection. But when I open Windows Security, Kaspersky is always enabled and on. I can also see with task manager/logs that Kaspersky had been running essentially right at startup. It’s not the biggest issue but it is a slight annoyance, and I was wondering if there was a way to “fix” this. Thanks.

The newly-designed Kaspersky Security for Android appears to be lacking a very simple feature, which is to give us the option to remove/change the license that the app is currently using. I disconnected my device from the license under My Kaspersky and the app itself is no longer connected to my account. The license now says "0 out of 1 device protected", which means it is currently not being used. Yet, the app is still stuck on using that very same license as you can see in the images below. I recently installed Kasperksy Internet Security for my Android mobile phone. I swiped into my phone yesterday, 16th November. It showed a notification of an update for 'Facebook New Feature'. I found this strange as I’d have expected it to just show ‘Facebook’. So I clicked on it to start a scan, but Kaspersky would not scan it and said that it was a new app and required the premium version to perform the scan. Nothing suspicious has happened on my phone since that time. I performed a quick scan, then a full scan later. Both returned no issues. I read on another post, the generator.html (1x1) problem was solved by deleting the KIS report 19. I've looked everywhere for KIS - in Google Chrome, in Kaspersky and in my apple mac settings. Can some one give me step by step instructions on where to find KIS? Thank you so much

I have just installed a new printer (HP Officejet 9010) and Kaspersky Internet Security is blocking a network attack from the printer. The printer is on my local network and so I kn ow it is OK. How do I set an exclusion to the Network Attack blocker? I can see instructions for a Mac but not for Windows. I am using version 20.0.14.1085. This is something that has been happening for a few days already, When I'm developing on PHPStorm/Goland on WSL2, Windows cannot start new threads in a timely manner. The processor and memory look normal, and existing threads work well, but it hangs if you try to start a new application or thread, e.g., open a new Chrome browser. It usually takes 10~15 minutes for the system to recover, and the recovery is slow. During the issue, each thread takes ~45 seconds to start. I regularly scan my computer for viruses and problems. Recently, I’ve discovered a known “Malware” file called tr/Dropper.Gen5. This file has embedded itself in my Kaspersky Total Security subdirectory attached to the program file “AVP.EXE”. I am using a program called “Restoro” that reports this. Kaspersky does NOT see the file nor report it. Restoro sees the file and says it will be removed after fixing and a reboot, but after following their recommended procedures the file “tr/dropper.gen5” remains. I've had few other AntiVirus software before but I used removal tools just to make sure everything is completely removed. Then I noticed that Kaspersky only sometimes was detecting EICAR test file.
