Hello, It started around two weeks ago, option to bypass "Connection not protected" - "I understand the risks and wish to continue", when using a self-signed certificate was gone. I used the option and 10 minutes later i wanted to use the option to bypass again and it was not there anymore. So i talked to the support and they told me to upgrade vom KIS 19.xx to 20.xxx . In Brazil we are having a problem due to bandits asking for the phone password on a robbery to later add a new fingerprint on the phone and access bank apps. I did a test and Dashlane and Samsung Pay did ask for a written password when a new fingerprint was added on my phone, but Kaspersky did not, it accepted the recently added fingerprint. I was considering using the “Kaspersky lock apps” on my financial apps but, this test let me down. Is there any ticket on this behavior?

I hope to add the "Advanced Cleanup" description inside the application, because this feature will cause the system to report an error, but Kaspersky does not make any explanation inside the application. This will cause some users to think that their system has been damaged and caused an error.

For some reason for the last couple of months when I apply App Lock on a few of my Android mobile apps the thumb print security that shows is actually behind the number keypad. When I try using my thumbprint to open the app all I get is a zero. Any way of changing the layers so the thumbprint is on top of the keypad? Phone is a Samsung Note 10+ with all the latest Verizon updates.

Hi, I’m trying to get my Kaspersky Internet Security up and running on a new Macbook Air. Everything works perfectly until I try to allow ‘Encrypted web traffic inspection’ and it doesn’t matter how many times I ‘allow’ and enter my password, it just won’t successfully allow it. I have tried restarting mac, deleting and re-downloading kaspersky internet security 2021 and even downloading 2020 version of kaspersky and then updating to 2021 kaspersky. Nothing is working. Hey guys, Kaspersky 2020 (full version) runs on a computer of a friend. Furthermore, Google Chrome is installed there. The setting of the Chrome for the webcam is asked. Strangely enough, the setting at mail.google.com is always changed by Kaspersky 'Google Chrome uses webcam'. In fact, only with Google Mail. I can exclude malware. Hello, i just installed my creative cloud app and wanted to install photoshop or any other app and it always gives me the error code 119. when i complete turn off/close kis i can install without problems. so i added the creative cloud.exe to the trusted apps in kaspersky, but the error still occurs ? does anyone got any tips? thx

This week I couldn’t upload big files on Google Drive with Firefox. With Chrome all went well. Even after deleting the cache and disabling all extensions, it didn’t work. Though I didn’t think Kasperky would be the cause, I disabled Kaspersky and the upload succeeded! I found out that I had to disable Network -> Scan secured traffic Firefox and Thunderbird. So, my problem has been solved, but I mention it in case other members encounter the same problem.

Hello everyone! I have been using the Memuplay emulator for a long time, downloadable from the URL:ttps://www.memuplay.com. Unfortunately the download but after a few seconds the antivirus cancels it. I could disable the antivirus and install it, but I would like to understand if there are particular reports on the Memu-Installer.exe file, downloadable from the Memuplay website. I would like to understand why Kaspersky Antivirus does not allow this file to be downloaded and deletes it just after downloading. Do you have any information to give me, or can you advise me how to get support on this?

I note that ESET security software has an anti-virus function for Windows devices as well as Android devices. I'm not sure if any other anti-virus suites have a similar feature but would that not be a good feature to add to Kaspersky products for added peace of mind?

Edge chromium Insider and I keep getting this error message. I have exported the cert and added to the trusted certificate authority (local machine) but still getting that annoying error dialog. Also, why is my version of Kaspersky not updated to 2020 , given the expense of renewing my subscription. BTw the support request form is useless as not matter what I enter in the mandatory fields the submit/save button is not enabled - perhaps you should test this.
