Please support, I bought the newest premium version and been looking everywhere online but I only found people with older versions winch have a different UI than the new premium version.

At the moment it seems to be doing everything on its own. It sounds odd that i am asking for this permission, but recently MSI has put an update to its AIO and the latest version has a lot of bugs, so i downgrade it and before with bitdefender it pops up asks for permission and i just block it. With Kaspersky i cant do that control as it already adds itself automatically and gives it access.

Hello I bought subscription of Kaspersky Premium Internet Security from a third party for 3 devices and for two years they have provided me access to their company subscription i presume using my email. i downloaded the app and in settings I seen the phrase "Protect up to 20 device with your subscription" under the phrase are 4 out of 20 device registered. I currently have KIS Internet security that is up for renewal. I understand this is no longer available. Is Kaspersky plus similar as this seems to be my only choice on the renewal page. Is this similar to the old program? I also see you have the standard plan, Is that similar to the old plan? I cannot seem to find a clear answer on this.

Hello, My Kaspersky internet securty subscrition expired i paid for 3 years in 2015, i had issues with renewing so it wouldn’t allow me, idk why, and there is no option, button anywhere on the program to renew. Hello there, I recently had an app crash resulting in KIS closing on its own (I actually managed to see it closed when Windows Security popped up with a message saying it was off). After that, I went through my Program Files and started it with avpui.exe since I didn't make a shortcut on my desktop, but ever since (it's been 3 days now) the database doesn't seem to update. Here is a screenshot of the tooltip I get when I hover the app icon in the taskbar. As you can see, the database seem stuck somewhere in 2020 and I have no idea why. My question concerns the colored shields used to designate the safety of a website. There are supposed to be 4 colors: green for safe, grey for no info, gold for harmful and red for dangerous. I am only seeing grey shields. I have tried different browsers...chrome, edge and explorer...with the same result. Does this have anything to do with sanctions placed on Russian companies because of the war in Ukraine?

Is there any way to renew KIS license? I don't want to install new KS, because I have PC's with Vista and Windows 7.

The microphone on my HP-OMEN-16 laptop is not recognized by applications or the system when using Kapersky antivirus... My laptop is a new computer and I'm running the Windows 11 that came with it. I updated all drivers and revised all settings, including Kaspersky's privacy settings, but nothing made the microphone work. Can someone help me?

Yesterday Kaspersky Internet Security detected a trojan mining virus soundmixer.exe and removed the threat. But next time I started the PC and logged in, there was only a terminal window opened, and no file explorer. After a lot of search, I found that most of the steps to eliminate the virus threat were taken, except one: In the registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon , the value of Shell was not fixed - it was still %comspec% instead of explorer.exe . That solved the problem. Hopefully that will be fixed soon.

Hi guys I'm using Samsung s20 ultra 5g can't get my mugshot function to work if I restart my phone the mugshot function appears but when I use it say waiting for results and waiting for response, I have a older phone and the mugshot function works fine any suggestions guys. Tia

This happens every time the on-screen secure keyboard is (automatically) enabled in any password field under Chrome. Letter keys will not respond anywhere (for example, words, notepad, etc.), while function keys such as <Enter> can still work normally. My current solution is to open a new Chromepage, go to the Google search engine (by clicking on a bookmark, as I can’t enter anything in the address bar), and then type something in the search field. After that, the letter keys will work normally again. Has anyone experienced it? Any solution would be greatly appreciated.

How do I "uninstall" KIS from this machine, then, after restoring my OS, "reinstall" using the same key? I have tried to read the Kaspersky instructions. I've searched this forum, but I am just not certain I won't lose my key due to "too many installations." I have linked my license (activation code) to my My Kaspersky account. This would probably be just a simple switching some toggle in settings, but I don't know what to turn off or on. I have the latest Kaspersky Internet Security and some websites, mainly video hosting ones, hang on for some time before starting to play content. There is this spinning circle like website is downloading content. There should be no problem with that as I'm working on 1gig symmetric broadband, but yet it still happening. Hello, i cant help but notice that I've got an notification from my windows security about Memory Integrity and Local Security Authority Protection. For the memory integrity, I've found this article https://forum.kaspersky.com/topic/kaspersky-and-window-memory-integrity-27408/ and does LSA Protection being disabled have something to do with the presence of kaspersky as my main antivirus ? Does that mean kaspersky override the Memory Integrtiy and LSA Protection ? If yes, then i guess it is fine for me to dismiss both notification ? Thanks!

It was only 9 days ago I purchased licensed KIS from official website which provided me an activation key. I activated the product then, but now it is showing a Red screen with cross mark on home page of the app with the error License Issue. On clicking “Details” tab, it is showing with a red exclamation mark which says “Protection Disabled - The application’s integrity has been compromised. I installed Kaspersky Internet Security on my WIndows 10 computer this morning to try to fix some issues I’ve been having with performance. After running some scans and dealing with some issues, everything seemed fine. However, I had to restart the computer. I’ve since restarted several times trying to deal with various things. Every time I start up the computer now, it opens THREE Windows Powershell prompts. I have tried to find this issue both in Kaspersky’s help and in general on the internet. Everything says to go in the task manager and look in the startup tab and disable powershell. I went into the startup tab, and powershell isn’t even listed. Anybody know …

Hi. I'm having a problem trying to install KIS 2019 on Windows 7 Pro 64bit. I have removed previous Avast Antivirus using removal tool, ran Ccleaner, Cleaned temp files, reset Internet Explorer settings, Have .Net Framework 4.5 installed but still no joy. Download startup.exe from Kaspersky Website. Ran Installation, Accept all terms but as soon as it switches to downloading it gives me Unknown Error! then forces me to close. Any suggestions?
