I had to reinstall Windows on my second computer so I did a clean install on a new drive. When I installed Kaspersky I found when I right click on the task bar icon the options are different from my main computer, particularly the Pause Protection option is not available. How do I fix this?

I currently have Kaspersky Internet Security license for 10 devices for 1 year, and am using just 1 of the 10 for my PC which expires in 5 days. What happens to the other 9? do I lose them in 5 days. To put it another way, does the license always expire after a year regardless of how many devices I cove, even if they start at various times within the year. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone ? I want to do a few things on “My Kaspersky”. Basically, there are a few old entries that are no longer valid. Namely, KAV and old KIS entries. I also have two KIS for Android entries for some reason. One was recently renewed and I want to use that one on my phone (Pixel 5). But when I look at that one, it’s for my old phone (oneplus). The other one is (currently) for my Pixel, but I don’t want it’s licence renewed. So, how can I remove to avoid getting billed again for the Android KIS and remove the defunct KAV and KIS windows entries?

Hello All, I’m using KIS 2021 with all protection features enabled I have trouble using any site requiring personal identification by a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) while KIS is active. The QES certificate is kept on external usb device. Anytime a site requiring ID by QES is accessed it requires the external device to be plugged in for identification. When trying to install the latest version (Feb./2022) of Kaspersky Internet Security, right after downloading, I get the message that the installation failed, as shown below. The install failed. (The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance. An error occurred while running the scripts in the “kismac.pkg” package.)
