I noticed on the website: "https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/thank-you/internet-security#download" , that the KIS 2021 MR2, is already available (not yet in my language). I have the following doubt: The update to the new KIS 2021 (MR2) is done automatically from KIS 2021 MR1 or i will have to download the standalone installer/setup from the Kaspersky website or under "My Kaspersky >> downloads". This has been going on for too long now.. I don't know exactly how long its been, but i would say at least for a few months now I've gotten notifications from Kaspersky every other day or so that my networks has been attacked, although the attacks are blocked i am worried i might be targeted or something. Hi, I am using KIS on Mac. I am not able to install programs via homebrew. I am using a trial version of Kaspersky Internet Security version no. 21.3.10.391 (f) I am using Microsoft Windows 10 x64 Build 19043 My question concerns the colored shields used to designate the safety of a website. There are supposed to be 4 colors: green for safe, grey for no info, gold for harmful and red for dangerous. The problem is I am only seeing green shields. I know for a fact that some of the search results are unsafe but a green shield is shown next to each and every website. I have tried different browsers...chrome, edge and explorer...with the same result.

A friend has asked me to take a look at his Windows 10 PC which appears to be infected by all sorts of nasties. When I try installing the latest version of KIS, I get to the screen where it offers to “Take a tour through the application features”, etc but nothing happens afterwards. Hello. I'm sorry for bothering you. I have some problems with the latest version of KIS 21.3.10.391(j) in Windows 10. The following programs/app doesn't work: Microsoft Store App, Xbox App and the launchers of Epic Store, GOG Galaxy and Genshin Impact. They don't the login or connect with the server. Hello, Just two questions: May i ask why in the Android version only Chrome is supported in safe browsing? Do you plan to include support for other browsers as well in the future?

Have recently installed Brave Browser (1.46.153) on my Windows 10 (22H2) PC and during the installation process imported various Extensions, including Kaspersky Protection from Chrome. Kaspersky Protection works just find on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. But there seems to be a problem with Brave as the Shield stays greyed out and there is no indication whether search results are "Safe" with the green shield by URL's in search results. My questions are :- 1/ Is this extension incompatible with Brave? 2/ Will KIS (21.3.10.39j) provide all the necessary protection if this Extension is not allowed to run with Brave? For some reason, KIS has started to block my Steam games from getting internet access. I play games on Steam that require access to a verification server to run/start for login... Like the FFXIV Launcher and WorldOfGuns... Pausing KIS doesnt work - it still blocks them. Even though I put them in the "do not block" list... it still blocks them. And that exceptions list keeps resetting to an empty one every time I start my pc. So I'm having issues related to connection with some apps, especially the apps from Microsoft and Microsoft store like Microsoft 365, WhatsApp and also including some game launcher like Hoyoplay & Epic Games launcher, all of those apps can't connect to the internet recently. My subscription was for years been taken care by 2Checkout and had no problems. I tried updating my subscription and for the first time I'm only being allowed to pay Nexway. I updated and paid the subscription, and haven't received a single confirmation. I think some kind of massive scam is going on with Kaspersky/Nexway and they first charge the customer, then upon receiving the payment disappear. Zero customer support replies from Nexway. Does the (consumer software) KIS protect against fileless attacks or do only enterprise products do so?

If a 10-device one-year licence is applied to devices that already have Kaspersky Internet Security installed, does the lifetime of each licence starts from the installation date of the first licence to be applied, irrespective of the how much time is left on that device’s licence? It’s a floating Kaspersky shield that persists on all screens of my Android phone. It doesn’t do anything if I click it and if I drag it...it just snaps to a different edge. I can’t get rid of it. Thanks for your help.
