After update the KIS database yesterday My ASUS Program can't load on start up. - AI Suite 3 not load. it show in this photo and I try to uninstall or re install but cannot. it show AsIO3.sys error. Try to setup new windows it work but when I install KIS and update the latest update it still have problem. I know there was a similar problem few months ago and looks like it's solved. But I noticed the problem right now, after the 08/08/2022 database update. The problem is the same as before: Asus AI Suite 3 (and other asus services) can't load and only works again if Kaspersky Internet Security [version 21.3.10.391 (h)] is uninstalled or with an old database, when I reinstall KIS it have the 28/07/2022 database and the software works without problems, until I update KIS. I’ve run into an issue when it comes to accessing "https://mapgenie.io/tarkov" [Link disabled] as well as a couple other sites, I simply can’t access them and get given an ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR message. this is an issue i’ve tested across chrome, edge & firefox. I’ve tried flushing DNS, changing DNS servers, reinstalling KIS and a few other tricks but non of that works. However when I set the domain to a trusted address in my network settings or simply disable Kaspersky internet secirity i seem to be able to access the sites again. Problem: MacBook Pro freezes after waking up from sleep with KIS 20 installed. Affects: MacBook Pro 13 Late 2013 running Catalina MacBook Pro 16 running Catalina How to reproduce: Install KIS 20.0.0.829a.b (or any other version). Close the lid to put the MacBook Pro into sleep. Leave it for several hours. (Wake a MacBook Pro shortly after it goes to sleep does not reproduce the problem.) Open the lead, log into macOS, then the OS is very likely to freeze.

Hello, I recently installed Kaspersky Antivirus in 6 computers at the office. Two are presenting some issues I have not seen before. The biggest problems is that in one computer with Microsoft Outlook 2019, all of a sudden all attachments come with a weird extension and it doesnt allow to preview the attachment nor to open it with the pertaining program. For example, excel attachments normally come with a .xls extension, however it is now displaying as .xls_ and you cannot open it or anything. When I try to do a full scan using Kaspersky Internet Security on my MacBook Pro (2017) with the latest Catalina installed it stays at 1% for hours on end. Is this normal? I also have Carbon Copy Cloner installed on an external drive and when it does its daily backup of my system I keep getting the following error. See attached screenshot. Hi, yesterday Flight Simulator 2020 (i got Steam Version) got updated. After starting the game KIS (2020 and 2021, newest database) found PDM:Exploit.Win32.Generic in “flightsimulator.exe”. The activity monitor flagged it as “suspicious behavior” and deleted the exe. Theres also a list of reg-entries (HKLM\System\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\FirewallRules\...) in the monitor. So maybe the way Flight Simulator corresponds with its servers made KIS think its a trojan. I could start/play the game before the update without any issues.

It blocks file sharing. I have to set packet rules to Allow both on Local Services (UDP) and Local Services (TCP).

I cannot access my Gmail at all as it is blocked by me.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com waiting for something? Also have the same message on my Facebook. Since update to the latest version, my computer is slowing down substantially. Especially when I open Outlook or open a browser (Firefox or Chrome), the power usage would jump to as very high and the CPU would be up to 60%. Generally the CPU would be around 30% or 40% when I did not have anything open or running. I am running Windows 10 prof and I am a paid customer of Kaspersky Internet Security. Please advise how to fix this problem.

Hello, I using macOS Mojave 10.14.5 and KIS 19.0.0.294a.b.c.d. It happens very frequently to have the scanning (let it be Quick or Full) hang at the same object com.apple.telemetry. I'm unable to stop the scan too. The only resolution is to restart the machine. This issue was present on High Sierra too. Please advise. Thank you!

Here we go again ! Previously this happened when following links in emails - this seems to have been fixed - now it’s happening when going from bookmarks. I don’t believe there is anything dangerous about the site madeiracablecar.com. What I do know is that ontales.com is a company in Madeira operating tourist activities so it is more than likely that it runs or even owns the cable car, or maybe they just manage the website. So again we seem to have a case of KIS being over-zealous and just a nuisance. Please don’t tell me again that this certificate is illegal when there is a clear connection to the owner. Maybe KIS needs to better understand how companies work in Europe…

KIS 2019 is stopping me from accessing dnsleak.com and may be reponsible for slowing down my vpn as web pages take ages to load and sometimes(often) cutoff. In addition my BT email connection sometimes hangs and sometimes takes ages. web pages sometimes just hang but when I switch KIS off they work fine whether with my VPN or not.

From today onwards, anti banner is not blocking youtube advertisements. Tried:- (i) Resetting kaspersky settings Rest, it’s blocking other website’s banners.

Win 10pro/64-1909; after installing NIS, I added to the firewall some apps new rules and everything was ok, the firewall allowing to make changes without any special user confirmation; I also added new trustworthy subgroups and related apps to be ruled, this operation also led without any problem. From yesterday I found that something has changed, when I try to apply a new rule to an app a pop up ask me for “user confirmation……….”; also, and this is really strange and worrying, the insertion of a new app is not allowed (NIS firewall opens the window to make the app (.exe) choice, but then nothing is added to the subgroup). After my KIS20 updated to patch (j) I can’t access some sites. The websites keeps trying to load ‘me.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com’ and in general my browser is slow. Hello, I wanted to report some button problems in KIS 2021 to inform you for fixes. Let me say first: i uninstalled KIS 2021 and reinstalled KIS2021 to overcome problems to understand if they occured during installation,or to understand if they they were because of some reasons related with my pc. Hi, i got an update for KIS 2020 yesterday. From version (d) to (e). I remember that i got a popup from KIS in the 2019 version to restart my computer after an update. I didnt get any for the update i mentioned above but the size was more than 10 MB (so i figured it had to be an version update, not just database update). After restarting it showed version (e). When i tried to start Firefox i got an Password-Manager Popup from Kaspersky (like they do occasionally every week or smth). But Firefox didnt really start.
