	Are there any videos or tutorials (screenshots) available to learn how to install KSV? Online help doesn't help to get the job done.  I also did not find any in partner portal that is helpful. Why are there no videos for Kaspersky Endpoint Security?  
</p>

	Kindly help, I am the only one who is facing this issue. 
</p>

	Hello everyone ,

	There is an option to purchase two separate licenses (the same type of license) ?
</p>

<p>
	We want to puchase a subscription for protecting virtual infrastructure 30 processors (cpu) with 5 years and purchase after 3 months a subscription for adding 20 processors with 4 years . Which means the two separates licenses are active the same time . This is because we will note install the whole virtual infrastructure one shot . 
</p>

<p>
	The two licenses don't have the same duration of support .
</p>

	Hi,
</p>

<p>
	I'm trying to run KSV Light Agent on my ESXi environment, but since a week and after many install/uninstall, I'm getting the error statut "No Connection to SVM".
</p>

<p>
	I Have a VCenter containing 2 Hosts. I installed A SVM on each host (Deployed successfully without any warning). I installed Network Agent on VMs, and Light Agent components. 
</p>

<p>
	Can someone tell me a possible way to inspect?
</p>

	<span>I'm facing an issue while deploying SVM on a Nutanix server.</span><span> The deployment process fails with the following error:</span>

	<span>"Problem:</span><span> IP address for creating SSH session not detected.</span><span> Recommended steps:</span><span> unfortunately,</span><span> no recommendations are available for this problem.</span><span>"</span>
</p>

	<span>I've already checked for basic network connectivity issues and firewall rules but haven't been able to resolve the problem.</span>
</p>

	<span>Has anyone encountered this error before?</span><span> Any suggestions on troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.</span>

About 3-4 months ago, we (at work) uninstalled the KES products we had (with a local version of the Kaspersky Console) and went on Cloud. Could this perhaps be a remnant of the old product or it's something current that has somehow been broken? I've searched around and can't find anywhere a local user "ksnproxy". Except from removing the task file, how can it be fixed?
