Since yesterday my laptop continue to crash to the blue screen when I try open a photo, Word, etc. Seems ok when I open my browser, which is where I'm sending this from. Message says klflt.sys failed Stop Code is UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP I ran a disk clean up and ran a scan via Kapersky last night - all seemed fine. Any help would be appreciated.

hello, Kaspersky free went mad today and questioned the authenticity of Microsoft's own certificates and blocked me from even running a search on google. I did the good ol' method and restarted the AV, it seems fine now but this solution does not address what's wrong with the app. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with it and how to prevent it from happening again? I've been using the AV for a week and it was fine up until now.

Hello, my antivirus is preventing me from visiting the Domorost.ru website. Moreover, the problem is precisely the antivirus, this was found out thanks to the site administration. Turn off your antivirus and you can safely access this site. With the antivirus turned on, the entrance to the site is blocked, when you enter your login and password, the site simply hangs forever loading, and the site pages do not open. Of course, I did not add Domorost to the hidden sites and it is not blocked.

I have a Chromebook and I have resonantly learned I cannot use the web extension but is there a way where I can get Kaspersky on my Chromebook.

I get these message alot when a site has no SSL or internet outage cause many kaspersky notification about these sites

Hi, Check for data leaks is turned off but it´s checking emailadresses anyway and sending notifications blabla was leaked in 2016 bla. How can I stop it doing this? I have other service for that and it just slows everything down.

Hello, I am new to using Kaspersky and have looked up help on reddit for my problem. The problem being that while installing the game Infinity Nikki, it flags one of the executables as a trojan. This cannot be the case as the game is verified on multiple platforms and I downlooaded the files from the direct source. Reddit users advised to add the game files to exclusions. I have done so twice as you can see on the screenshots, but while resuming the installation, I got the same alert as before. Looking forward to your response, please help.

hello there. so i have been using kaspersky free for more than 2 years now without any issues, but today, after i reinstalled windows, it doesnt seem to work anymore. i have downloaded and installed the "kaspersky4win202121.19.7.527en_46538" file that i got from the kaspersky free - global download option and it asks me to sign in. when i do type my email and password (my kaspersky account data), it ends up with this thing : any ideas what im missing/doing wrong? I recently reinstalled Windows 10 due to some unrelated problem. When I changed the temporary folder location from Windows' User Environment Variables settings and click OK, it gave me an error that said something about registry could be broken and could not save. On that message, if I click Cancel it breaks my registry. I dont know the extent of the damage, but I could see the System Variables mostly gets deleted, as well as not being able to open CMD or Regedit afterwards. Hi, I'm wondering is it possible to get manual virus database downloads from Kaspersky? I ask because I'm going to be traveling to a region where Kaspersky isn't supported any longer for 2 weeks. I don't want to not be able to have the latest virus definitions while I'm traveling as I'm assuming I won't be able to get updates due to whatever ridiculous ban the US instituted. After the removal of Kaspersky, the product remains registered in Windows Security app in the snoozed state, thus leaving the user without antivirus protection. In this scenario, Defender should automatically be enabled once the uninstallation is complete, as the removed product has detached itself from all system settings.
