	hi team. i am using kasperksy free AV, but one feature that cannot turn on is Data Leak Checker. Turned off: Need to accept web portal.<br />
	I dont see anything inside web portal to accept data leak checker. No option to do that. Is this some kind of error?

	Helo, I have a problem where my last licence of kaspersky free is expired and I see my account has new Kaspersky Free subcription status not in use.

	So I try to download and install but when login my account it say "You cannot use free subcription in my account". But my account have a licence of Free Subcription.

	I’m experiencing a recurring issue when logging into Windows.<br />
	In the Event Viewer, I consistently get the following error:

	I sometimes can’t log into my main user profile, or Windows reports problems with the user registry and class registry.
</p>

<p>
	Could someone please explain what this error means and how to fix it?<br />
	Is it a known issue related to Kaspersky processes (avp.exe) holding the user registry hive open during logon/logoff?
</p>

	i had been facing consant device crash on my windows 11 laptop since the past 1.5 months and after weeks of trying to find the root cause i came to know it was due to internal clash between the graphics drivers and the kaspersky related drivers , removing the drivers of the graphics card only did solve the issue temproarily but was still persistent and frequent but the root cause which was fixed was to to uninstall kaspersky using kavremvr.exe which removed kaspersky entirely and has fixed this issue permanently . The kaspersky support asked me to use <span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(34,34,34);font-size:small;">GetSystemInfo.exe for debug logs for which i had to again re-install the software and as usual it started creating the crashing issue all over again, the support team denied help due to me being user with the Kaspersky Free product.</span>

	I found myself without a working keyboard or mouse after installing <strong>Kaspersky Free. </strong>LUCKILY, the mouse worked when I unplugged it since it's wired and wireless.

	I scoured the internet for a solution to my problem and quickly learned that has been an issue with Kaspersky since as early as <strong>2016!?</strong>
</p>

<p>
	I saw that while keyboard input seemed, blocked, I was still able to communicate between PC and keyboard adjusting volume and opening calculator, for example. Moving forward, I tried uninstalling the devices multiple times and reinstalling them (after system restart), I tried modifying the registry, I tried running several different scans...  ZERO luck. Then I thought, "Maybe disable Kaspersky?" Still nothing. I uninstalled, restarted, nothing. Windows troubleshoot was unable to fix my "driver error".
</p>

<p>
	I caved and called Kaspersky - this seemed promising since the rep sounded friendly! Alas, they told me the problem was not due to Kaspersky (I KNOW it was since that was the only significant change I made to my system), they could not help me and that I might need to contact Microsoft (ROFL, no)...
</p>

<p>
	<strong>Solution:</strong> Hold the <strong>shift </strong>key and <strong>restart</strong> the PC. Select a <strong>restore point </strong>from before installing Kaspersky. Wait about 10 minutes (will vary by system).
</p>

<p>

	I installed Kaspersky Free, but when I enter the email for my account, I get the message:

	I often use Tor Browser. Each I start the Tor Browser a new suggestion appears in the "Mitteilungszentrale", that the traffic for Tor is not monitored. This is correct, as I don't want this. I can ignore this suggestion, but the next time I start Tor Browser the same suggestions opens again. So my "Mitteilungszentrale" contains now 13 times the same suggestion regarding Tor Browser.
