	I have an Server that sharing folders out to public via SMB default "445" Port.  Last week, we're bought "Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Pro" License and installed to this Server.

<p>
	After Kaspersky EndPoint running on, all folders have shared is down connection. I checked on "canyouseeme" and see 445 port is close. When I exit the Kaspersky app, it's turning back work now.
</p>

<p>
	I'm checking on Kaspersky Cloud Interface, and see a list like an image that attachment and don't see "445" SMB Port. How can I fix this?, I'm aready add 445 Port in Windows Firewall on the Server and it's not work.

	I'm using KES Cloud 12.2.0.462 under Win10 Pro. Windows is fully-updated to the latest version (22H2 19045.3930). The cloud Security Profile has Device Control turned Off (i'm mentioning it because i'm guessing it should play a positive role in the problem i'm facing, without being sure of course). I own a Lenovo laptop but the problem i'm describing also occurred in my previous laptop (Dell).
</p>

<p>
	I'm executing Skype (the Desktop version, not the App). When i go to Settings/Audio&amp;Video, i see that the camera and microphone are not working (the camera led is turned on but the display shows a black screen and the microphone does not respond to voice). In the Windows Settings application, both Camera and Microphone are allowed for Desktop Apps and Camera and Microphone Access is On.
</p>

<p>
	As soon as i disable KES (Exit from the tray icon context menu) and go to Skype settings again, everything is working fine. What part of the security policy may be causing this?
</p>

<p>
	Please note, this issue does not exist in the App version of Skype. Only the Desktop version if affected, and it's not the only app. Viber is also affected and i think Zoiper too.

	Hi we're running into a problem on one mac:

		I've set the scan frequency to 7 days for this test

		Their device does a scan every day
	</li>

		They cancel it because it's eating resources
	</li>
	<li>
		The next day at 9am it scans.

	We've worked together to figure out why, but we've come up empty. I though disabling skipped tasks might help, but no. I've created them a custom "developer" profile for just them which doesn't run any scans or anything - but it still runs the daily scan.

	I asked them to update to the latest available version of kaspersky on secure cloud - still runs daily, even with a recent virus db and recent connection to the server (so it should have the configs!).
</p>

	it's occuring the issue to instal the client: Error install KESC Kaspersky security Center Network Agent Setup wizard cannot process the internal error  internal error restart device.

	i'v tried to clean all entry in register but continue given the same issue, if someone have the same situation and tried many torubleshoting, please give us some tips.

	we have a Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud for Windows &amp; Mobiles ,

	some of our users mobile app showed the error <span>:  " unable to synchronize with the administrator server: failed to send request to Administration server "</span>
</p>

<p>
	Knowing that it was working good for more than 5 Months , the first error showed 12 days ago we deleted the app then we send a new request via email then we install it from google play store and it activated &amp; <span>synchronized successfully , two days after that the same error showed !!</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span>Can you help me solving this case please ?</span>
</p>

	Hi everyone, i have problems with the web control. I no having any log from the platform, but some sites they are being blocked, like "http://www.vareadores.com.ar/web/" or "https://aps2.senasa.gov.ar" (login requided previously).

	In the first case i asume HTTP sites are insecure but i cant see any logs in "Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud", in general the lack of details in detections is anoying because dificult the gestion.
</p>

	For the first case i put a exception in "Security profiles / Group / Security settings / Web Threat Protection /Exclusions" and the website now is accesible, but again, i no have any logs that indicate the reason of the blocking. (Add the attachment with the screenshot of the exception)

	This question is regarding <span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;font-size:14px;text-align:left;">Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Plus. We have a computer that sits on our network actively running nmap (ip address/port scanner) in order to detect new assets on the network. This obviously causes a large amount of noise and generates tons of alerts from Kaspersky. I am able shut it off the alerts by disabling the "Network attack detected" option under Critical Events. My question is this: is there a way I can create a rule so that Kaspersky will ignore all network/port scanning from a single IP address but continue to send "Network attack detected" alerts when port scanning is detected from any other IP address on the network? In other words, I just want to silence these alerts from being sent from of "friendly" port scanner and keep them enabled whenever scanning is detected from any other network device.  </span>

	I've recently faced the following deadlock situation. I was using a program i know it's safe but because it alters a large number of (compressed) files, the behavior detection routines have marked it as suspicious and deleted it (keeping a backup of it though). Now, in KES, there is the ability to manage the program and add it to exclusions, but how to do that since the file has been deleted? In that screen, the "add" button was disabled. I pressed the "calculate checksum" button but nothing changed.

	Perhaps this process should be re-checked, it seems there is a logical error there.

	Completely disable Bitlocker administration<br />
	Hello.<br />
	I have a problem when I try to disable the encryption functionality with BitLocker.
</p>

<p>
	I don't want Kaspersky to manage Bitlocker on my computers because I want to manually decide which computers should be encrypted. That is, I want to disable this function completely. To do this I tried the following (unsuccessfully):
</p>

<p>
	1. from the Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud | Security Mananger | Encription console, I disabled this option.<br />
	2. In "Current encryption status" it says "Encryption Management is not enabled in profiles".<br />
	3. In addition, in all security profiles, in "Management settings | Encryption" the option "Disable encryption" is checked.
</p>

<p>
	The problem is that when I encrypt a computer disk, after a few minutes, it is automatically decrypted by Kaspersky.<br />
	If I have a computer without Kaspersky and with the disk encrypted, after installing Kaspersky, the disk is decrypted! I don't want that!
</p>

<p>
	How can I completely disable the functionality to manage encryption of Kaspersky computers?
</p>

<p>
	I am using Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Pro platform, and the clients have installed versions 12.3.0.493 and 12.2.0, on Windows 10 and Windows 11.
</p>
