	After our server automatically updated to KART for Business 6.4.0.378 we started experiencing strange and random system hangs that required manual power cycling the machines in order to be able again to log in or use the services hosted.

	Do you have any reports for similar problems?
</p>

	We didn't yet tried uninstalling the product yet but the Kaspersky update was the only one thing we did before experiencing such a behavior.

	hello, i have a little problem, i can't scan my files properly, due to a problem, that it always shows me that it's done scanning, but only scanned 2 objects in the folder, but this folder clearly has many more objects in it, and that's so often the case, that it just says 2 objects, and 0 seconds needed (so it really doesn't scan at all) and it's always 2, always the same number, and due to this problem, it isn't possible to scan my files anymore, cuz it doesn't scan it properly, and just tells me, that 2 objects are scanned, and like i said, that wasn't the case just 1 time at 1 folder, at many folders, almost every second folder i scan, won't scan properly anymore, and just says 2 objects scanned, and i don't know why, sometimes it just let me scan my files normal, then sometimes just 1-2 times per day (i scan many folders per day) then sometimes, it's like i said almost every second folder, and also very often, when i have much files to scan, it changes from 1 moment to another, and then every file shows me only 2 objects scanned, instead of scanning it properly, and i really don't know what could cause that, just restarting kaspersky, or my pc doesn't help, if a file doesn't want to scan properly, and just shows 2 objects scanned, this will also show after i restarted kaspersky, or even rebootet my pc, and i really don't know what could cause that, and if anyone knows anything, or any way of preventing this, so i can scan all my files again, without any problems, i would be very thankfull, thanks for reading!

	I have been using Kaspersky Anti-Ransomware Tool for Business for a long time on two computers, where I have respectively installed Avast Free Antivirus (version 23.9.6082 - build 23.9.8494.796) and AVG Free Antivirus (23.9.3302 - build 23.9.8494.796), in my updated Windows 10 PRO operating system.<br />
	Everything went well until KART for Business version 6.3.0.222. Unfortunately, however, the recent update to version 6.4.0.378 created major problems for me with the aforementioned two antiviruses, in particular with regards to checking email.<br />
	I would like to point out that both Avast and AVG have an "Email Shield" module (also called "Mail Shield") which provides "Scan inbound emails (POP3, IMAP4)" and "Scan outbound emails (SMTP)".<br />
	After updating KART to version 6.4.0.378 I can no longer use the incoming mail scanning functions ("Scan inbound emails (POP3, IMAP4)") and outgoing ("Scan outbound emails (SMTP)") functions of the antivirus, otherwise the mail is completely blocked. The only solution is to disable the incoming and outgoing mail scanning capabilities of my antivirus in order to manage my email, with whatever email program you use.<br />
	I had confirmation of this fact because by "turning off" KART 6.4.0.378 (and also waiting for its service to stop) I can reactivate the incoming and outgoing mail scanning functions of the two aforementioned antiviruses and everything works normally.
</p>

<p>
	I further checked the functions of KART and, among those of the anti-malware control, there is a "Mail Threat Protection" function which, evidently, conflicts with that of the antivirus, ultimately preventing the use of mail when both active.
</p>

<p>
	Will I be forced to uninstall KART or is it conceivable that this problem with third-party antiviruses will be taken care of by Kaspersky?
</p>

	Sorry if I have to post this. A few days ago I asked to reanalyze my website because the result my website categorized phishing website. My website is saldohub.com. This is very strange. Why? Because I have checked using the sucuri.net tool, the result is good. And the script I use is the same as saldobit.com. Saldobit.com doesn't categorized phishing website.

	I am already send request for reanalysis but no reply more six days. Off course this is will reduce traffic to my website and reduce income per day.

	Hi, i have one sql file that was attacked by ransomware, now it has cuba file extension, i try with (we have kaspersky endpoint in our network but not in db servers) i try with kaspersy decryprtos tools without luck.
