		Connect to SVM directly, using hypervisor.

	Both Citrix technologies use separate vhd files for creating VMs by using Citrix App Layer and for roaming profiles used by Citrix UPL. As the result, the merge of vhd files processes and Citrix driver returns incorrect path of where the executable files are.

	If the Citrix PVS TD has been installed in the Citrix PVS template, the Citrix PVS TD should be uninstalled from this template before installing the KSV Light Agent. After LA is installed, we can reinstall the Citrix PVS TD in it.

	In the following case, we found that Citrix PVS TD could not be properly uninstalled in the PVS template. The error appears as follows:

	This PVS template is booted from a virtual disk image (vDisk) instead of a local virtual disk, so it cannot be unloaded.

	<strong>Solution:</strong>

<ol style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#172b4d;font-size:14px;">
	<li>
		Create a new maintenance version;
	</li>
	<li>
		Start a target device in the. maintenance mode;
	</li>
	<li>
		Attach a new virtual disk to the target device in this maintenance mode, format it, and set it to the active partition;
	</li>
	<li>
		Using c:\program files\citrix\provisioning services\P2PVS tool，<span>partition to partition, making mirror copies;</span>
	</li>
	<li>
		After the copy is completed, change the boot item of the target device to disk boot and enable it with the virtual disk just copied;
	</li>
	<li>
		Then we can uninstall and install the new virtual machine template;
	</li>
	<li>
		After uninstalling and installing, recapture vDisk.
	</li>

	1. File Scanning Exclusion (an exclusion does not end with ‘/’)

		Run the command /path_to_file/*.sh --install

	The most probable cause of this issue is expired Kaspersky Security Certificate and new generated one is not transferred to KSV AL 6.1.

	KSV AL 6.1 does not have functionality to automatically update certificate from Kaspersky Security Center.

	Workaround
</h1>

	The script klmover should be launched on KSV AL 6.1 to reconnect to the Kaspersky Security Center. This script performs some steps, including a certificate update. 
</p>

	The script resides in /opt/kaspersky/klnagent64/bin.
