Thank you for your reply, but it cannot help resolve the problem because Kaspersky Premium and the VPN integrated within it do not have settings to select the protocol you wish to use (e.g., WireGuard, Hydra, Catapult, etc.). The same Kaspersky Premium VPN, until a few days ago (before the upgrade, change, modification that the company made, informed us about, and instructed us to download the new version), worked fine. Since we are obligated to use the VPN integrated into the Kaspersky Premium package under our purchase contracts, we were forced to uninstall and reinstall the entire Kaspersky Premium on our Android devices. The VPN continues to operate with malfunctions on the same Wi-Fi provider, cellular network, or any other network we have tested; it does not connect properly and does not allow installed applications (Gmail, Maps, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.) to function correctly. As soon as we turn off the Kaspersky VPN and select another provider, for example, the free Windscribe, everything is immediately OK, and the applications revert to their correct functionality. For instance, the SMS messages that were not reaching the devices arrive instantly in a bulk delivery. If your activation code is displayed in the My Kaspersky account, try to use it for activation. This activation definitely works for version 21.3. For 2019 - I don't know, try this. -

Try to move the game file from the Low restricted group to the Trusted one via drag-and-drop or right-click menu. It's also possible that there are some other game files, maybe with other names - search in the list and move to the Trusted group too.

Without the incident reference # no-one knows anything abt the issue and cannot assist (you) - it's not that people don't want to help - it's that (you're) making it impossible for anyone to do so. All of Windows Apps that require Internet, even prompts to login to MS account, failed as they couldn't detect internet connection. This was all of a sudden. I have windows 11 to the last cumulative update. Afeter trying so many things, like desactivate PROXY, change DNS, disable Kaspersky VPN, and suspend Kaspersky protection. Nothing worked. Finally the issue was gone when I uninstalled Kaspersky Security; VPN and password manager. I have time of subscription left still, and I need an antivirus. What could have happened with the Kaspersky apps to cause this, and is there a configuration which avoids this issue? Thanks -

Так же для себя принял решение отказаться от этого "продукта" и перейти на другой, по факту впн касперского либо не работает/либо работает через раз, какие-то локации не работают, какие-то работают, сидишь по 10+ минут как идиот переключаешь их в надежде что хоть где-то заработает 😫 жаль только что еще пол года подписки ну да ладно, удачи вам -
