Hello, I have a license for 3 devices that still have 801 days left. One of my devices is way over its EOL and I'm replacing it for a new one. My problem is that I am located in a different region than the one where I got my licenses for the first time and the new device isn't letting me use the previous licenses because of that. I'd like to know what can I do to use my license in this region instead of having to buy yet another license when I still have over 2 years left in the previous one. Thanks for your answer.

I have used KIS once on my computer, and deleted it. Now I want to reinstall it, but cannot open the installer. I don't know what the version of the app was. I have tried kavremover tool and run it on compatibility mode, but those methods seem to not work.

Okay, after testing it for 2 weeks, I can definitely say (at least in my case) the sync problem happens only on my Samsung phone. On xiaomi device sync runs smoothly. The only difference between the two as far as I observed, is KPM on galaxy store released by Kaspersky Labs Middle East, while KPM on Xiaomi GetApps released by Kaspersky Labs Switzerland.

Version 21.13 is getting obsolete and has some issues/bugs...

You can try restarting your computer first to see if Kaspersky updates the expiration date. If it still shows the old expiration date, it should be safe to re-enter the activation code. Just make sure you don’t enter it multiple times to avoid potential issues.

Once You uninstall Kaspersky, Windows antivirus will auto-enable. The problem is solely due to Kaspersky because I tried putting it on stand-by and Firefox worked. In those few seconds my computer was vulnerable. Maybe I should install a different antivirus

To narrow down the issue, check Kaspersky's firewall settings and ensure Citrix is whitelisted. Review the network activity logs to identify what's being blocked. You can also try running Kaspersky in passive mode to see if that resolves the issue without disabling it completely.

First of all we have to understand why we need Migration to a New KSC Server --> If old KSC server has low system resources and connected Workstations are many. --> When if the Os of old KSC server is outdated which is may be Windows server 2008 or 2012 --> if OS of KSC Server got corrupted in anyway in system components But if you have issues like these below , Multiple duplicate groups, policies, and tasks. Many endpoints not connected for a long time (obsolete). Expired license. You have to solve these issue manually one by one , migrating to a new server through old KSC backup won't solve these issues directly . I would recommend to raise queries on forum on every issues you are facing or raise ticket on https://companyaccount.kaspersky.com/account/login Still if you want to Migrate from Old KSC to New KSC server on newer version of OS like windows Server 22. Please find the KSC Server Migration Prerequisites listed below. Create KSC backup of old KSC server using Kaspersky Backup Utility. Keep the three most recent KSC backups from the previous KSC server machine on the new server machine. Keep the hostname/domain name(FQDN) and IP address of the new server the same as the previous server machine, and shut down the previous KSC server. Please install SQL Server Standard and KSC 15.1 on a new server machine and restore the backup of old KSC using Kaspersky Backup Utility.
